I find it interesting that you attached 3 "cross links" from one bus bar to another. I have no idea if that is a good or bad thing, but it was something that stood out. Probably a good thing for balance of cells within a parallel cell.
Thanks for the update! I was slightly concerned when I saw the initial series that the top cells might swell (whereas the bottom wouldn't as much due to compressive mass above), but seems entirely fine. Great result! Are you building a new system at your new property?
You are welcome. However, I think swelling is not an issue since each Power Wall is gently charged and discharged. For your last question the answer is "yeah, most likely" but it will be massive. Think 200-300 Kwh in battery storage alone.
