@@Nando_lifts2021 It's really easy just think almost every professional fighters:athlete train that way especially in MMA prime example Leon Edward's combination of weights and cardio. Caliesthics is just so outdated in today's world besides doing pull ups. If you can't afford a gym membership or buy home equipment that's understandable but there's a reason why most athletes lift weights than bodyweight excersises. (Faster Gains, Simple Movement, Easier Progression, More Variation etc)
@heavenlypath1065 You're trying to get things done the easy way and that's exactly why you would never succeed I'm combat sports. Lifting weights is know to make you stiff and slow and people have known this for hundreds of years. Just look at all the old school boxers who were ACTUALLY GREAT and if you still think it's out dated, just look at floyd mayweather,Andre ward, manny pacquiao etc etc
If you put it all together will it be like Mon - strength training ( focus Tue - hypertrophy/plyometrics Wed - strength training ( focus Thur - hypertrophy / plyometrics Fri. - hypertrophy/ plyometrics ?
Would i do the strength exercise sessions on a different day, separate from the plyometric/explosiveness exercises sessions or can i incorporate both exercises into the same session on the same day?
If your sole purpose is bodybuilding, then there is a chance you could build the physique I had at about 77kg for my height. However, you could look close to my physique if you got to your genetic potential and got really lean. All this being said it would take you at least 5 years, in my opinion. But no doubt, you can get far in 3 years. I only say this based of what I know to be the average. But there is a chance you don't know how average your genes are. My whole family isn't built like this. Undoubtedly, I do have 1 or 2 uncles that were really ripped, along with my father being muscular when he was younger. But, none of my cousins look anywhere close to this, apart from 1 (but only after he started training). If you were to just randomly meet my cousins, you might assume that they have average genes. So all I'm saying is you might have better genes than you think (in respect to muscle). Especially, considering you're into fitness. I myself didn't deep that I had good genes till I started posting on RU-vid. I knew I was athletic, but self esteem effected my view. Just train hard in whatever you are passionate about, and you'll go far. Be patient, consistent and hard working. Undoubtedly, you will have a physique and abilities that you will be proud off 👌🏿
