First rewound the primary winding of the transformer. He took off his bondage. The magnetic circuit knocked a little without disconnecting. Made devices for rewinding. And unwound both primary windings. The design for winding a little improved. The coils are spread four meters wide. And he clamped it so that they turned with difficulty. And turn by turn, layer by layer, slowly rewound. Between layers as an insulation used a baking sleeve. This film is quite durable and can withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees. Further, he wound two shafts with his own hands over the entire area. It turned out exactly 4 turns. Then he wound two more tires on top. Dismantled - a vacuum cleaner. I cut out everything that prevented ... And after the first fitting I already knew that everything would fit. Modular electronics will be on the front panel. But, the panel has a rounded shape - I had to trim it.
Heated the plastic hairdryer not very much, and with the help of a bar he made the center of the panel flat. Then he drilled and cut out windows and holes for the board, then he fused it with a soldering iron for the mounting for the boards. Grinded with an orbital machine and painted. Next, I picked up a small transformer to power the modular electronics. Any 9-12 volt AC transformer will do. For manual mode, I used a push button switch. Resistance welding was with a dual-mode toggle switch.
