You probably saved me a huge disappointment. I was going 2 buy one to use on a gravel driveway. I really appreciate you makig this honest video.

Typical Chinese snowblower. Only positive is a Briggs engine. Thin steel, cheap parts. I would rather shell out for a ariens that has customer support and a long good history. The LCT isn’t as good as a Briggs but it does the job and is better than MTD 💩

I don’t understand they have people buying their stuff and their not to bad but when something goes wrong but have a customer service that gets back to them so we can get the parts to fix them it not like you can go and get a belt or any other part at the parts store come on paper smart

They finally got back to me about parts . Basically you have to search their sight for the part . It’s not user friendly. As a matter a fact it’s such a pain I’m not even gonna fix these

100 uses on a snowblower is nothing and if it snaps an axle in just over a season's use it reflects the substandard material and workmanship. The problem with the auger housing boils down to poor design and not properly testing the blowers under real life conditions to find the flaw. Anyone recommending them is on par with the company itself, not remotely ethical or trustworthy.

Yeah not something I can stand behind at this point . Customer service is almost nonexistent now that I’m done doing their reviews, trying to get parts is almost impossible as well . I believe these have a certain warranty but because mine were sent for reviews I guess it’s not honored .

So I got the 212 so they sent othe wrong one I want the the one with Briggs motor with heated handle so I dealt with it got unboxed the eye hook with the bar goes for the shut goes was to small so I fab it the you was rite small rock does the same thing happened to me. Man customer service sucks Ive only had 3 months and almost 700$ for it dumb smart more like it how it going to be a year from now so I’ve emailed said I need help nothing back

I have been calling , emailing , and reaching out through Instagram messenger with zero response from them . It is really disappointing. If they do get back to me with a way to order parts I plan to share that in a video for everyone
