We have purchased 3 of these 10Kwh batteries, after 2 months 1 battery had a dead BMS, Greensun refused to replace it, A few months after one connector not well attached at the factory on a second battery got burnt, no replacement done by greensun, 2 years later 4 cells dead on the third battery, Greensun did not even be polite to answer !!! They claim 12 years warranty, it's just lies, Greensunpv is very low quality, greensunpv is just very bad, don't waste your money with them
