Love it and can’t wait to try! I believe acrylic sealer over the decal should work to prevent runs, I’ve used it for clear sticker paper successfully.

I use whatever I have on hand. Some of the cooler colors only come in gloss. If I were to ink over the paint I would def use a matte.

Thank you for all the encouragement you give out !! On the glass coat do you only need 1 coat over the tumbler with decals? Or does it work like the others where you usually to put 3 or 4 coats ?

It really depends. If you are only doing decals and paint, one layer will cover it. I usually have to do another layer because of the rims and bottoms.

I watched all the powerwash videos and yours was the best! I do have a question. Why can you not do all the steps in one sitting? besides epoxying in between each step? why can you not do it all then just use one coat? I want to start, and have been watching videos galore so was just wondering. I love watching your videos, so informative and you make it look so easy. by the way, I love your hair

Some things like decals go better on a super smooth surface. Had I not used glitter on this tumbler I could have done all of this in one step. It just depends on what kind of look you are wanting :-)

Love your tumbler! I ordered your epoxy I can’t wait to get it!! I’m in Connecticut and it’s cold and I only keep my heat set to 65-68° will it just take longer to dry? I did buy a space heater but with the huge electric increase the power co started in January I don’t want to use a space heater I’d rather wait longer for it to dry. Our delivery charge for the power is more then twice the amount of power used. So I don’t mind the wait.

Yes it will take a bit longer of your space is not around 70-73. But it will still dry

Does the lips decal get affected like it did with the water when applying the epoxy? Or is it protected/sealed?

Nope it didn’t bleed under the epoxy and I never sealed it. It was perfect.

What happens if u don’t own something to print out the sticker/vinyl lips? What can I use to get the same effect. Don’t have a fancy craft printer. Could u just use normal stickers/decals u can buy from a shop and just stick on. I know it won’t be the lips that’s on this cup? Love to hear ur opinion? Thanks.
