Dear Channel! Do you have experience about front wheel (brake) problems? The wheels are moving a bit, and it moves the brake disks. This causing the brake pads pushing back, and so the first try for front brakes a bit softer than the second. I replaced bearings, tried to put spacer but did not resolve the problem. I absolutely no idea what can I do. Seems, the old bearings was the same, good conditions as the new ones.
Hello, do you have a TGB 1000? OK... you've already changed the bearings. OK. are the brake pads correct? are the guide pins correct? Are the brake caliper bolts tight? Have you checked the axle nut and tightened it if necessary? anyway there seems to be a bit too much play. It's really difficult to diagnose this remotely.
@@paulisquada-tv6464 The brakes are OK. If I pull/push the tyre in the air you can feel movement between HUB and brake. The joints are all OK, but if the joints moving then the brake disk and the brake pads wont moving from each other. So somehow the half axle can move where the bearings are. But absolutely dont understand why.
mh... that sounds like the wheel hub is loose. or similar. I would remove the tires and check all the axle bolts. It's really hard to diagnose remotely.
Hi Zusammen Ihr seit ja ein Sehr lustiger Haufen 😅ich habe eine TGB Blade 1000 Bj. 2020, ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Werkstattbuch. Habt ihr eventuell sowas? Oder wisst ihr wo man das herbekommt? Da ich mein Getriebe Und die Differential Öle vorne und hinten Wechseln möchte. Habt ihr da was Anleitung mäßig? Ich wäre euch sehr dankbar. Lg. Servus.... Also Werkstatthandbuch hab ich keins, da müsste ich mal den Gerd fragen. Der hat sich da was aus dem Internet gesucht. Ansonsten kannst du Differentialöle einfach ablassen und das richtige Öl mit dem Überlauf-Prinzip einfüllen. Danke, schön dass dir das Video gefällt😂🍻
Du musst mal schauen... Es muss eine Ablassschraube geben, die natürlich unten eingeschraubt ist und einen Einfüllstutzen wo eine Schraube eingeschraubt ist, meist in der Höhenmitte oder auch etwas darüber. Nicht für Entlüftung, das wäre zuviel Öl dann.
@@paulisquada-tv6464 👌 Habs erahnt.. bzw. irgendwo nen Bild mit SLS gesehen... war da zur AGA in Graf Werder Kaserne .. Dialekt ist eigentlich unverkennbar 😂
