PR SPD/ Dekaranger First Appearance Split Screen (PR and Sentai version) 

I grew up watching Power Rangers SPD on Jetix... and seeing the comparison between Power Rangers SPD and Dekaranger makes me blown away with how different the two shows were in terms of characters and story even while having the same footage... Seeing SPD makes me nostalgic and happy remembering my kid days, while Dekaranger makes me feel like I just saw an alternate universe cut of a piece of my childhood... trippy but facisnating.

I always loved how Dekared entered the Dekarangers by destroying the villain the others were trying to capture alive. It always makes me chuckle XD

Watching this comparison video made me realized one thing..... Hasbro really needs to bring back Koichi Sakamoto as the executive producer and stunt choreographer and head-stunt coordinator for Power Rangers.

You know you're in Bizarroworld when Power Rangers features LESS talking during the fight than its Sentai Counterpart.

When Disney owned PR, almost all of the seasons were on par with Sentai. Saban just HAD to buy it back. Thank god Hasbro bought it.

I can feel a large difference in both these shows. Dekaranger feels more like they’re actual space police, whereas PR SPD feels more like they’re a military organization. In Dekaranger, they often try and stop criminals from selling weapons and things like that. In SPD they’re trying to stop an alien invasion.

Sentai usually looks better, but in this case I'll have to go on the side of PR. DekaRed is trying too hard to act like an anime protagonist.

Both are really good.

Pros about Dekaranger 1.More plot Development! :D 2.Scenes are Usually longer 3.The blue Ranger doesn't brag Cons about Dekaranger 1.EVERY TIME THEY MORPH THAT NARRATION IS THERE

But don't get me wrong SPD is still the best Power Rangers ever that I seen, it's just I was born first watching Super Sentai. I do have to admit that some of the Super Sentai are boring but the the reason why Power Rangers sean and transformation looks go cool is because the American company that do Power Rangers have more leftover money to add little more details to Power Rangers to attract the little kids.

Both are special in their own way. Most people have to shut up about what is better there, Sentai or PR. Especially I hate all those saying PR is better than Sentai because this gives a disrespect for the original. PR tries their best to adapt their Sentai Counterparts and make it appealing to western audiences with a different tv standard for kid shows, so minus the alcohol, sexual jokes, people getting killed and mass of blood. So their styles and cultures for the shows from both franchises are different and it depends on what each fan prefers. I enjoyed PR much as a kid and as I found Sentai it changed and I came to compare them.But one Problem I think to see Power Rangers Seasons often have a bit more than Sentai are unexplained plotholes and stuff that makes no sense and the motives for each series is toned down.

I hate that the newer power rangers and super sentai just use actual toys as props now

For Context: The reason why Ban finished off the bad guys cuz the main villian cause the base of the dekarangers to have power outrage in a limited time, it means they couldn't arrest him normally so he finishs him off.

Yea I’ll watch this in Japanese I’ve Seen Kyuu Sentai zyuuranger,Dairanger,Jetman and now I finished Megaranger! Idk Japan is another level when it’s comes to Sentai and even Anime! I feel like my childhood has been lied too all these years I thought Power rangers was for kids and Yugi oh and etc meanwhile it’s pg 13 for Japan! I am a SUPER SENTAI FAN FOREVER Dekaranger is way better then SPD, Dekaranger in SPD stand for Special Police Dekaranger that sounds much more better then Space Portal Delta.
