So I have really learned a lot from you! Thank you very much. With the video, however, I do not necessarily agree with most things. :D 1. why you do not use the factory, but bypass it with the seeder? 2. for converting the money, I would have liked a better way than writing it in blade. Maybe into a service or something. 3.Especially I am confused why you are not using route model binding in the checkout method in the CheckoutController. 😱 Thanks for the effort you put in. I was able to make all these suggestions because I expanded my knowledge with your videos. :)

All of those things you mentioned are personal preference. Adding three lines of code is easier than separate factory class. Adding one conversion is easier than creating a service (but if, in future videos, it would repeat more, I would refactor) Route model binding may be a new thing for juniors, and I didn't want to stop on explaining it in this video.

Yeah, both are valid options, it's a personal preference. I use route model binding mostly on Resource Controllers, personally, and it wasn't one of them.

No reason, I'm personally mostly used to route model binding in Route::resource Controllers and not single methods. But it's just a personal preference.
