Being patient and learning to wait for the good things in life is an important skill for being happy in the present and highly successful in the future. With this meditative 30 minute subliminal affirmations session featuring relaxing music and theta waves, learn to practice delayed gratification, be patient, and focus on the present moment.
This meditative 30 minute subliminal session contains the following isochronic tones:
☯4 Hz - 6 Hz (beat frequency, theta waves): for attitude and behaviour changes
☯90 hz (base frequency): for security, well being and balancing
­INSTRUCTIONS
Listen to the track at a comfortable volume, with or without headphones. The subliminal does not need to be played loudly, but it does need to be audible. Avoid listening to other things simultaneously such as TV, music, or any medium where you can hear someone else talking or singing, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the subliminal. Try to put yourself into a positive and relaxed state of mind before listening. Take deep breaths, and keep well hydrated.
Consistency is key. For best results, listen every day, preferably at the same time each day, for a minimum of 2-4 weeks. Once per day is sufficient. Results are highly individual, and some people begin to experience positive changes much sooner than others, but for full and long lasting results, it is recommended that you listen for 4-12 weeks. Tracks that contain frequencies should only be listened to for a maximum of 1 hour per day.
Subliminal affirmations can cause drowsiness and inattention. Never listen while driving, operating machinery or engaging in other potentially dangerous activities which require your full attention.
This track is NOT a substitute for proper medical care or advice. It should always be viewed as a supplement to any medical or therapeutic treatment you are already receiving. If you are under the age of 18, please obtain permission from a parent or guardian before listening.

As I'm sure you know, I do have a few audios to decrease appetite, and each contains a couple of affirmations for night cravings, but I think this is a really great idea! A lot of people experience night cravings and could definitely benefit. I didn't think of doing this one, so thanks so much for suggesting it, I will definitely add it to my list! =)

Just came across this and I love it. I know you've suggested not listening to anything else, but what about working and reading while listening? Would this reduce the effectiveness of the process?

When you say "tracks containing frequencies should only be listened to for 1 hour per day" do you mean that a person should only listen to isochronic/binural beats for 1 hour per day? If so, why is this?

Yes that's what I mean; I make the statement as a disclaimer. Some people develop side effects such as headaches and insomnia from listening to frequencies more often than that. There is also some evidence of habituation, which means that, if you listen to the same frequency for a long enough period of time, it ceases to be effective. Not everyone experiences these side effects however, so you can use your own discretion. Hope that makes sense, take care! =)

I'm so glad you know the video you used was effective, that's great to hear! =) I don't officially take custom paid requests yet, though I'm hoping to offer that service on my website which is going up very shortly. I have done a couple of private unofficial requests for people who donated to me via Paypal, so that might be an option if you wanted something right away. Hello! I hope winter is not treating you too harshly! You know every time you upload a video, I think to myself- that's great, I needed it! If only we could use unlimited subs :) Would be wonderful to have one cure it all lol Anyway, I would like to make a request. Well two actually :) One to stop nose picking and the other to deal with weight gain after quitting smoking, because I believe it is completely different topic and major issue! 4 months smoke free and already 8 kg on 🙈Sort of overshadows the joy off being smoke free and puts you on another emotional and self esteem low :(

Thanks for your wishes! Winter continues to be pretty brutal, but this is typical for northern Canada. This is the first year though that we've had internet access issues, which is annoying for obvious reasons. Regarding your requests, sure, I can add both of those. I'm not sure I understand... this video is for delayed gratification. Can you explain in what way a new audio would be different from this one? Or are you meaning as a spoken affirmations video, where you can hear the voice?
