To develop our ankle motion foot technique, we have to first of all make sure that our body is capable of executing the motion by itself, without even the pedal under our foot. In fact, practicing and developing the ankle motion directly on a pedal, as everybody do, it's already an application of the ankle motion on the external force of the spring of the pedal. So, even BEFORE putting your foot on a pedal, do the exercises that I share in this video!
