Sorry for the short video - Just some German practice and thoughts about life! Tomorrow I will show a video of some great German guys I met in Berlin. We went to the Späti and some Bars. Was a cool thing to experience was the Germans my age do! Also that quote about language is one of my favorites. Because we are all learning a foreign language better (whether its German or English) and it great because we are becoming bi-lingual or tri-lingual or even more!! and this way we can understand each other better!! BOOM BABY LETS GO!!!
You are mentioning your stomach now quite often.. Well Apfelsaft because of his acid-content is everything else than good if you have troubles with your stomach...you should generally avoid any kind of fruit-juices and also veggies as long as you have troubles with your stomach...spicey food is also a NoGo by stomach-troubles.. Drink camomile tea (Kamillentee) or/and fennel tea (Fencheltee) and make a few days a diet by eating just dry "Zwieback" and a clear beef soup or chickensoup just with noodles...that should help...if not then it would be smart to consult a doctor...just a good ment hint.
Your German is actually really good When I came to Germany, I could speak very little German and never knew what the other said. But you are really good
Conner Sullivan Yeah man, I hear you. Lot of things easily taken for granted without realizing it, it’s important to find the time to stop and think about the little, everyday stuff, like grocery stores hahah.
Germany has changed your life, you have fallen in love with this wunderschön country and you are learning the language. I guess I'm not the only one... Greetings from Spanien!
Pay attention to your pronunciation of your "r". You have adopted the rolled "r", which is used in languages like Russian, Spanish, Swedish and many more. German as well as French uses their own "r". So when you speak German and you want to pronounce your "r", your tongue remains rather statically in your mouth. Both the Spanish and English "r" touch your gum, making it either role or vibrate. However, the German "r" doesn't touch your gum. The German "r" sounds like you trying to gargle as if you have water in your throath when brushing your teeth. Ask your German friends about it if you want to listen to its sound.
C´mon let him roll the "R"....that´s way way better than any american "R"...and the more south you go in the germanspeaking area the more the "R" is rolled anyway..your complain is just fussy and pedantic.
Conner, because of you i have not given up on learning german although it is difficult at times, i also like that you edit and upload 2-3 vlogs a week. Much respect! ✊
these videos are awesome to watch and learn German with you. Currently I'm in a german class at Heidelberg University in the US and these help more than you can imagine. Keep up the awesome content and thanks for all that you do!
I like what you said at 2:11 about everyone kinda being the same and that we are all family. We should remember that when our governments and media try to tell us we should go to war with other nations
I love your new video style. I will try to do simular things, when travelling next time. perfect inspiration! No matter how short or "boring" your content might seem for you. its so full of heart and honesty. Its just refreshing and as i said, a great inspiration! :)
Your German is getting so much better, especially the pronunciation. And it doesn’t matter yet, if you know the right article as long as other people can understand you. My boyfriend is from Australia and will move to Germany as well. He is learning German at the moment, so I definitely can understand your issues 😂 German is so tough 😩
Hey, so cool that you moved to Germany. 🇩🇪 Proud to have you here hehe :) Keep up the good work with your German 💪 Coming to Berlin in 2 weeks again 😍😊
@@KatalovesLinkinPark Mix it with water, add to Yoghurt or Quark, it's very healthy and has a taste a bit like oranges. Only a bit, but just to explain to these Germans who have never heard of Sanddorn.
I love seeing how positive you go through the world alwys finding things to think about. i alspo really enjoy the music you use, can u maybe link a playlist?
I'm really enjoying your videos lately! Kinda aufgeregt to see more stuff and progress in your deutsche Sprache 👍 Viel Erfolg und Spaß weiterhin in Germany 🎉
Bitte noch mehr Videos, gerne auch kurze Videos. Es ist so nice zu sehen, wie sich Deutschland für dich anfühlt und wie du es erlebst und lernst. Schaue mir sehr gerne deine Videos an. Weiter so.
Hi! I am from Romania living now in Deutschland. I am still learning Deutsch and I was almost loosing hope that I will learn, but I don't know how I saw some of your videos and you gave me such a possitive mindset now, I restart to kinda love the german language. Danke!!!
Sea buckthorn/ Sanddorn (also called "lemon of the north") is high in rare omega-7 fatty acids, contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, and other active ingredients. It's a true vitamin booster for the cold season. You can add the juice (3-4 tbsp) to your orange juice, smoothie, cocktail, tea or water.
You're doing amazing after such a short time. Keep up the good work. The best way of learning a language is to live in the country where the language is spoken.
dude, loving the vids. Was born in Berlin and grew up in London. The best places in my opinion are griesmuele when your in neukoelen. and Ritter butzke in Kreuzberg where I was born.
Weiter so! 👍 I'm really impressed. Your german vocabulary has grown a lot and your pronunciation has improved a lot, too. You really seem to enjoy learning our language. You do already understand the Most and soon you will be able to speak german fluently. Jeep it up! 👍
You have to come to Wolfsburg my boy😉 Here stays the headquarter of volkswagen. Small town but many things to see. You and your boys can stay here for some days
Wow I‘m really surprised how fast you learn German. Respect and hopefully I can learn more English from your videos. Soo I guess win win situation, let’s gooo! 🤙🏽🤙🏽
the good thing on german and english words are that plenty of them are very similar, like ice-eis, maus-mouse, lampe-lamp so they are easier to remember and to learn
