Do not mislead people. In PM-Surya Ghar Scheme, for eligibility, there is No Income limit, Govt. employees can also apply. The earlier Rooftop Solar subsidy scheme is merged with the latest PM-Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana

Those who have less than 1.5 lakhs income per year, will not have Rooftop...so, Pradhan mandri will take everything, in order to give 15 lakhs each for all the citizens 😂

Please check the portal up to 2kw subsidy is 30k and every additional capacity up to 3kW is 18000. Most of the house holds in middle class are leads than 2000 rupees as EB bill which can be 2kw

Sorry your information is not updated. The subsidy is now 30000 rupees for 1kw and upto 78000 for 3 kw and above. 60000 rupees for 2 kw

Well, the state government (TANGED) is taking close to 50% towards meter replacement, taxes snd other charges. I applied for solar install and EB had sent me a demand notice to pay about ₹15,000. This is not explained initially. So, this takes away the entire purpose.
