Prawn Masala with Drumstick Recipe | Yummy Prawns Drumstick Recipe

Our recipe combines the natural sweetness of juicy prawns with the earthy flavors of drumstick in a thick and spicy gravy. To give the gravy an extra richness and creaminess, we add 3 to 4 tbsp of thick coconut milk in the end.

Ingredients :
12 pieces (225 gms) Large Prawns (deveined & cleaned well)
6 to 7 nos Drumsticks (cut into 1 finger size) - can take more quantity if you prefer
Marination of Prawns :
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
Other Ingredients ;
2 to 3 tbsp Vegetable Or Coconut Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds (methi seeds)
2 medium size (180 gms) Onions (finely chopped)
1 sprig Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 medium size (80 gms) Tomato (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
100 ml Water (to avoid burning of the masalas)
50 to 60 ml Water
3 nos. Green Chillies
75 ml Water
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
3 to 4 tbsp Coconut Milk (the 1st extract or the thick coconut milk) (can use canned or tetra pak coconut milk)
1 sprig Curry Leaves
A handful Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
