Thank you so much mam for ur recipes.. But I have one request.. Kindly upload a video on how to wash and cut sea foods.. Since I am a pure vegetarian ( also love sea foods😍😍 )I don't know to wash and cut sea foods.. ( fish prawn and crab)
You can get it cleaned from the place u buy, as cleaning crabs is not easy. Prawns and fish will require practise as we need to de-vein prawns and remove fish scales
I tried this recipe.. came out well. I didnt have a thick bottom pan so made it in a steel vessel with copper base.. once i added the masala and prawns,reduced the flame after two mins to medium low until the raw smell of masala was gone, added a tsp of ghee twice too so that masala didnt burn and prawns didnt overcook. Some coriander at last adds to the taste.
Mam, i tried this recipe today. The masala dint cook fully. I have a doubt. The cooking time for prawn is nearly 5mins, but the masala does not get cooked fully within the time. What should be done to avoid this?
Guys mine got burned so I suggest you to use a proper Tava and that prown will not cook that soon as shown in video so pre boil it... It's OK it happen sometime
