I just cooked it,this is my first rice recipe to cook and it came out so nice.J got astonished when I tasted it,it exactly gave the tasty like restaurant biriyani..Thanks alot for the video.
Tried recipe it was awesome...I removed the prawns before putting water for rice...added a slice of lemon juice, chopped coriander and mint leaves to prawns..then put the prawns back to semi-cooked rice..
Hi the prawn pillau came out fantastic i just skepped one step the fennel annd cardamon pwdr as i had no time to roast qnd grind also i did not marinate the prWn fr half hour just 10 minutes keep up the good work
Tried this recipe and it was simply amazing. Thank you so much for sharing such an amazing recipe. Also wanted to ask if we double the quantity of rice and prawns will the masala quantity also double like pulao masala , coriander etc .
Cooked this and ate it just now. Its fabulous, the best part is the prawns get marinated and the gravy that comes from cooking the prawns create a nice stock for the pulao. It's almost like a biryani. I didn't use mint, because I didn't have it, but otherwise it turned great. I served with a fish salad, because it was just right that it didn't require a gravy. Thank you.

I tried this recipe today. ..it's came out superb.... the only variation I added is black pepper. .that's coz I like the taste of black pepper in prawns pulav. ..but I'm sure even without the black pepper it wuf have been awesome
touch few rice grains to see whether the rice is perfectly done or not.or insert a ladle till the bottom of the vessel and check whether there is any water.if no moisture you can turn off the flame.
And plz show me how to prepare biryani gravy i.e kata in a simple way. All will do different different biryanis but no one show how to prepare kata or biryani gravy.
I cooked the prawns for 15 minutes after sauteing in the onions.you just skip that part and cook them directly along with the soaked rice. add pulao masala while sauteing the onions.
