I think where ever it hits its going to be catastrophic.May all be safe and get out of the way. I would not disregaurd evacuation orders.

I've been checking out live webcam in Cozumel it's not even a hurricane and it's hitting Cozumel pretty good.

I had a .2 earthquake 4 miles directly below my home. Thats 1 to3 inches up and down vs. wave like rollers if you are far away. Ihad no damage...vs. hurricane, which would you prefer?
