Hi sure! 😊 Just sautè chopped onion and garlic in a little bit of oil, then add the chopped pumpkin, and long beans, 1 tomato sliced, add 2-3 cups water and let it boil.. add salt and pepper as desired, wait until the veggies are a little bit tender, add in some coconut milk 1 cup, make it simmer, turn off heat then add the moringa leaves. 😊 serve while hot 😊
