Yes Pastor Justin I once Read a book called The way of the Pilgrim ; By John Bunyan. Good book on how we should pray .

Bunyan is great. "Pilgrims Progress" = contains the word PROGRESS. 👍👍

Go to settings in the right hand corner and click on playback speed and you can slow down his speech, and you can also go to transcript under the description and read what he is saying as he speaks.
