Got to stick with this guy. We stay up and he'll prove all the doubters wrong next season. Always positive despite starting the season with a new squad(probably most not his signings). Add to that the amount if injuries we've had and he still got us there with a fighting chance. Prove them wrong Coops
@@miguelkeeno3403 I really hope so mate. What I would say though, if the worst outcome happens and we go down then the squad we have should be class to come straight back up. I think there would only be a few players that would leave
@@adammalpas5924 to be honest I think that was the bonus of buying lots of average priced players than 3-4 big price as we wouldn’t be able to keep them and would not get the return either. Anyhow where not going down as we are staying up 👍
This man is the rigth man for the job regardless on if we stay up. We shouldn't even be in the league if you look at where we was when he took the job. Was going to be a tough year let alone getting promoted by relying on a lot of loan player. COYR
He got stuck in from day 1 and was unfairly criticised. He nicks the ball and has a go. He stands out a mile. People saying he can't shoot MGW and Johnson have missed cartloads of chances. What's going on with scarpa????
@@NFFC-ENGLAND just looking back on fixtures I don’t think these 2 have played in a fixture together yet but both have the ability if they gel- Danilo / yates
Legend in steve Cooper we treat. Inshallah we don't go dwn n build in the summer defo had 2 many injuries this year but it's our first season after 23years and Cooper has never managed in the Premier league. We will be alot better next season hopefully the results go our way this weekend n we beat Southampton!!!!!! You reds👊👊👊👊👊👊👊👊👊👊👊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Time to take the handbrake off and let the players play Steve. Inviting pressure for long periods with low block hasn't worked. We have a squad capable of survival. Show us you have the fight . COYR 🔴⚪🔴⚪⭐⭐
This is the match we have possibility to do something with our goal difference. I hope that is the attitude, because Southampton must be on a very low spirit. We can't be afraid and hold on to fear this match. We need flow! Enjoy and be determent. This is probably to be our most fun game to play for us this season, yey! 👏👏👏
If we play low block football and park the buss against Southampton at home, I want himt straight out. Show some positive football in this game. We are at home and need to attack
@@stuartjones4114 I wonder why we don't let Cooper have a say? I'm starting to miss the days of an actual Manager over a coach. Does Peter Taylor have a son? Thar would be class.
@Paul Cope 😂. Agree mate. Peter Taylor never got as much credit as Clough but he was the one who brought the players in,Cloughie got them playing. Never the same when he left
Touched his nose a few times in that press conference. Lets get the Substitutions right this time....and maybe don't make Ayew your first choice? I'm still a fan of Mr Cooper, he has transformed our club.
@FargoDaVille ITNOTD It's difficult when you're dealing with lower educational people🤣 What It Means: What does touching your nose mean in body language? Nose touching may mean a person is unconvinced, uncertain about a situation, or feeling anxious. When a person feels stress or anxiety, their heart rate increases, which may cause them to breathe faster through their nose.
@@sellmycars1 you know fuck all pal, stop pretending to be some profound insightful intellectual being, pseudo intellectualism at best, there are many types of body language but the most basic things that people who know very little about the subject will always use as a go to, touching nose, folding arms, in fact if you watch and maybe listen instead of waiting to reply you may learn something from body language experts, the first thing they will tell you is not to run with them type of narratives for your attempt at amateur psychology!
Sorry Cooper the Brentford result was on you, your tactics late in the game and you naivety of your substitutions. You just aren't learning unfortunately
Everything Cooper said was just about the emotional experience of the highs and lows. That's not coaching. He doesn't seem to have figured out how to get the best lineup on the field, or get the most from his players, and our season is nearly over.
How many managers do talk about their tactics in their press conference? And he does work out how to play, and then another bugger gets injured and he has to start again.
@@martzp5535 If I saw him adjusting his tactics for the better each week, I might see your point. However, his changes from week to week seem random, are usually inexplicable, and are not producing improved results as the season goes on. From that, plus interviews like this, I am prepared to infer that he just has no idea what to do, and is just along for the ride. There are quite a few managers like that in the EPL.
@@iantrembirth6918 I'll grant your point about the injuries, but even so, he doesn't get the best players available onto the pitch in their best tactical roles.
