are you able to present evidence , video, pictures, audio in a pre trial conference?

not formally, and it will not be on the record, but you can show what you have and the judge would give you an idea how he would rule assuming that you can prove / introduce the evidence.

My ex got arrested for sexual battery he had his pre trial so I guess he didn’t take “ the bargain” now it’s going to trial was that a bad move??

Probably not. Sometimes it takes more time to work out a good deal.

in pre trial is the judge will offer a plea bargain and are we going to know the penalty if we plead guilty ?

exactly. your lawyer will have a plea deal. If you plead guilty, you will get whatever the plea deal is.

@@morganallison4882 thanks sir morgan ...actually my case is selling an antigen test kit ... but the truth is i am not a seller ... i just delivered the items to the buyer which is a police
