Long time destro main here: No you're not fried. Chaos Bolt is the only spell that has a lag delay whenever it's cast. It's not as reactive as every other cast... you can even still be kicked on a chaos bolt that finished with a green cast bar. This behaviour appeared in Legion sadly... if you watch your replay you can even see that your castbar does the jiggle animation of an interrupted cast, the kicks landing AFTER this and you still getting locked out. Welcome to the many pains you have to endure as destro and the reason why you should very rarely use chaos bolt to fake kicks....
Other example of this delay: Watch closely how long it actually takes for the bolt to appear and go off after the cast is successful. It's minor, like sub 0.5s, but definitely noticeable especially if you compare it to incinerate or any other spell. Glacial Spike has the same issue, although not as strong as with CB.
YO! Not sure if you realize, you can bind an interact key for gate. Mine is control space bar, so when I stand on gate, no matter how many pets are on top of me it just insta gates when I hit the bind.
Gotta utilize your AC big dawg. Watched that bind whole vid and it looks mad lonely. Especially when a Dh/Warr/rogue and especially ret hop on you. Negating crits at low hp is major. And for everybody complaining about him wanting to fake CB’s you gotta realize that’s the only spell worth kicking aside from a fear if an enemy is low hp. Aside from that they let you freecast anything but CB. GG’s my boi
Imagine if melees got disarm for 3-5 seconds each 8-15 sec, and had to fake weapon swing eacj time before deal damage... Hope 10.1 will make casters and healers more fun to play
I know destro is the best spec but getting kicked non stop feels so terrible, specially if you vs a lobby with 2 monks, I had such an easy time climbing as demo, well easyish 56wins 21losses to 1900 which is not a terrible W/L ratio. so much easier then trying to be a turret
You can buy an item at general vendors that if you use near lock gates it uses them, so you don't have to click, just bind the item. Idk if it works in arena
HOw bad is this company???? Why the hell does Death Knight have the same health bar color as totems and pets?!?!?! When Dk is a class with mass pets. You can't make this shit up.
Boomy has 3 stuns mas entangle typhoon multiple boots etc. mage has nova cone and two blinks. lock can port enemies away and they have two personal ports. Shammy has boots pushback and wolf form. And they all have spamable cc. If you are having issues with a melee then your honestly just not playing your class optimally.

precog needs a solid nerf. its nearly not worth kicking half the time...esp with huge haste, us/oce ping, and the lack of uptime (warrior vs mage for example)
I feel like melee should get some benefit from successfully interrupting a spell. Maybe not something as OP as precog since you already lock someone out but the kick mini game shouldn't only benefit the fake casters
@@RealAmo1 Except with classes that multiple schools of magic. All I'm saying is the benefit from fake casting greatly outweighs the benefit of successful interrupts. Timing is everything so a good kick towards the end of a match can end it but precog is nuts.
I think the benefit of successful interrupt itself is reward enough. Melee (mostly) don't need to worry about casts themselves so I don't think there is a need for added bonus.
@@Vooz_WoW You're also forgetting about the times he's trying to fake cast but no one is kicking and thus he is wasting time not doing damage meanwhile the melee are just zugging away. There is also the fact that you are using a pvp talent slot for it (as of now - think this is changing soon.)
