Good information You should also talk about last hitting when the minions are low the health turns red and that's when you should shoot or hit them

This should be your #1 priority. After each match you should think about why you didn’t get 100% of the last hits in the early game. You will probably never get 100% of them but it should be a goal to strive too.

You can tell he is a newer player. He’s just prioritizing poke over farm which is the opposite of what you want to do, especially as a carry. Poke is only useful if it helps deny the enemy farm.

@@hardvegetable1598 especially in this case going against a Gideon who is going to out clear you so you just need to do as much wave management as possible and just know that you will scale better into the game. You can poke him after he rocks but not at the cost of losing farm.

@@lankeyphenomanol another tip going against Gideon or any mage for that matter in the duo lane is that they will run into mana problems since they don’t have easy access to the river buffs. That can give you a huge advantage in wave management.
