Sage saying AD will age like wine brought tears to my eyes, thought I was the only one who sees the vision. I have a feeling AD will eventually transition to dirk with defense and then everyone will respect his career when he is done
1- he is not the reigning mvp 2- not in his prime since he came off injuries like 2months ago in the playoffs 3- yeah for sure give the ball to his big ahh like you said but that’s doesn’t ensure him being the n1 option on that team
here is my pitch as a blazer fan on why the team should be B : 1- Shaedon Sharpe : Sharpe was hurt for most of the season even before he went down the stats do not reflect his talent at all many here in the blazers community see him as a future all star and could be All NBA he has the talent for it just needs to put the work. 2- Scoot henderson: Scoot did struggle at the start of the season but he slowly picked things up to the degree his last 18 games he averaged 17ppg on 7 assists with decent 40-35-80 splits he was just great with more time and could easily be a 20-10 guy next season or after that with the ball in his hands 3- Wings: such as Deni and Toumani Camara Jabari walker all young but showed flashes Bari has showed dennis rodmen type of rebounding rebounding 20 boards in multiple games while showing great finishing but developing a 3 point shot is his primary concern Toumani has All NBA defense all over him forced his way to the starting 3 spot stole the spot from players like matisse thybulle and the rookie drafted over him kris murray truly our best defender and has a very good floor and a good ceiling if he develops his shot more deni just got to us but hes pretty known to be climbing the ladder as a young wing with defensive upside and a decent 3 point shot i think whats holding back the team is that front office are not quick to make minutes for there young talent and instead log jamming minutes to our young guys a prime example is brogdon last year where he took a lot of minutes away from scoot and sheadon that should have been A1 priority another example is this year where in acquiring deni he must trade either grant or tisse to make space for our wings in tou and bari also another log jam is in the center position where we drafted donivan clingan a great performance in the summer league where he has ayton and robert williams ahead of him in rotation where i believe rob will should be traded making space for clingan to develop as the future center i think a big reason why people don't see the talent we have is bc of the front office keeping these vets that don't add value to the future and take minutes away from young guys
Im not a portland trailblazers fan but shaedon sharp and donovan clingan are pretty dope. scoot might have a resurgence & anfernee simons might preform better with some players around him like deni and jerami grant who is a nice vet. also they finally have depth at bigman which they never had during dames run.
If Zach edey pans out this is the grizzlies best opportunity at a championship…I always felt like they needed an extra piece without that the ceiling is a wcf loss
The Hornets haven’t proven anything yet so don’t get me wrong but y’all gooooooootta stop using the default “bad front office” button cuz THAT FRONT OFFICE IS GONE! It’s literally a new ownership group new front office new Coach/staff new GM new training staff new roster new everything😂 The new regime has been making nothing but great decisions since they took over before the 23-24 season! Lamelo/Mark Williams health are the only things to really worry about cuz other than that the future is very bright!
So you'll be fine as long as 2 guys who have proven to be extremely injury prone just don't get injured? hornets are screwed then, not to mention LaMelo just isn't a winner in the 2 biggest games of his career he's looked invisible and just not affected by losing those play in games, he doesn't have the drive to lead a team or be a winning player. Honestly I doubt anyone is gonna go to the Lakers in FA but LaMelo is most likely gonna be the guy when he is able
@@Sqeaky6969 the first part of what you said is at least reasonable… That second part is laughable because it would mean you could read minds! How do you know what Lamelo feels inside regarding winning/losing in basketball? I do know he’s stated several times he doesn’t like losing and wants to win! Idk maybe let a 22 year old continue to progress through his career before writing him off as a loser?????
@@Sqeaky6969 no proof Lamelo isn't a winning player. He's only 22. He's barely had a chance to prove his playoff potential. His team and organization before this year were pitiful. Injuries are definitely a valid concern tho, but he might figure it out. Curry also had really bad ankle issues coming into the league. We have to see how the next few years play out before we can make any solid judgment on Lamelo's playoff potential
ey I'm just saying from my pov he drop kicked tf outta the lebron curry rivalry, then gutted the suns future while almost doing the same for the nets. cool guy tho, ngl
For the Spurs, another great possibility is the further development of Sochan. The point guard experiment really turned people off, but he dropped 28 against the Suns and won the game without Wemby. Not to mention he routinely guards the best opposing player. I think he still has some upside to explore, so the Spurs are totally set for the future.
I do feel as though the Pistons have Cade who is a good young player, & the Wizards in theory could improve from having development or flipping players. The Heat are a good team, but since it's based on the future it makes sense. Jimmy Butler is great but he is closer to retirement than his prime at this point. So I get where you're coming from receding short-term future at least...
Heat is in a downward trajectory unless they can land a new star to replace himmy b while the other 2 will only get better unless those young pieces turns out a bust so yeah its not that deep to understand it.
How dare you put the Hawks in D tier. They're solid in F. Young'll be gone in a year and since the Spurs have their pick I'd but stunned if the even get a decent pick.
As a Cavs fan C makes sense. A lot of talent, a weird fit, no plan going forward, we'll probably actually be a fairly good team but like always that's just a mirage...
"Less is more" Bet, so your Celtics should be able to win a title without one of your core players (Tatum, Brown, White), right? You know you had a super team last year, right?
ngl I think it’s crazy to have the bucks in C but the lakers in D. The lakers are the better team now, but then also the bucks really have no avenue of getting better and their weaknesses are glaring. I think the only argument you can make is that the lakers are in the west so it’s automatically harder for them which is fair but still.
Nah ngl as a Heat fan, the shit you said about the heat, how the hell is it D my boy!? JJJ Ware, we literally don’t have a bad young player except Debatably hero but that’s a floppy take even in itself. But the point about Jimmy is completely true and I love Jimmy but at minimum it’s C at best B Love yall content btw
Lol. casual take thinking heat doesnt have a bright future. as long as we still got our FO, were still contending. might not win. but still gonna contend. that's bright imo
I’m sorry but unless they make moves or get somebody, I don’t see the pistons making the playoffs in the next 5 years. We have to take into account that there are so many at the very least good teams that exists in this league, and there are those good teams that won’t be able to make the playoffs. If the pistons can’t even beat the good teams that does not make the playoffs,it becomes challenging to picture them in the playoffs when they can only beat, the wizards, hornets, trail-blazers and raptors. And not saying that those are the only teams that the pistons beat, they did beat other teams, but to be honest they’re consider flukes. As young as the pistons are, I just don’t see the mature factor of success or at the very least enough maturity to beat 26 upcoming at least good teams combined with the east and west. They need to be capable to beat at least 20 of the teams to make the playoffs at least. So really, I don’t see any future for the pistons.
I really don’t like the “x views in x minutes you fell off” comments, but really y’all fell off. Idc about the views, your quality has gone downhill for a while now. I feel like y’all are mailing it in atp; it might be time for a change up somewhere
How do you put the wizards, jazz & nets over Portland lmao y’all don’t know shhhh.. what has Washington done in the past 20 years? Who do they have that makes yall think they have a better future than portland when they have a great backcourt for the future & also drafted their big of the future who plays defense What has Brooklyn done?? Jazz done even got a corner stone piece they actually know will be their future not counting Markenen. Yall don’t know shhhh. How do yall have the hornets so low? They have great young pieces. Yall don’t know shhhh
Idk of they messed up but it's very possible Rissacher never develops into anything more than a role player/ solid starter. Which for them would be the wrong pick since apparently their FO thinks he's a Patrick Mahomes level of talent, so they're probably pretty dumb considering 29 other teams said no this draft is okay at best and none of these guys actually have that potential
Lmao the way Indy gets overrated is insane 💀 they played multiple HOSPITAL teams in the playoffs and BARLEY won. Then get SWEPT by Boston. Wake up people LMAO
I think their offense is kinda undeniable and that’s probably where it comes from. Even though it was a sweep, probably overall the closest series Boston had
Didn’t even mention Deni so I’m already questioning the ball knowledge. Shaedon injured last year didn’t play a single healthy minute before surgery, scoot looked a lot better second half, toumani camara best on ball defender in a class of Amen Thompson and bilal, I don’t think Kris Murray will really do anything rayan Rupert looks alright freaky measurements. If you gonna rank teams do some researcg
@@tuna.warrior365yeah that’s true but at the same time I don’t think it’s enough to compensate for the lack of young talent they have. It’s not like the blazers don’t have picks too. They just traded Dame, and they still have Jerami Grant which I think a desperate team will give up a first for. They only really have 2 or 3 more picks than the blazers would you trade shaedon sharpe, scoot Henderson, and Deni avdija for 3 future firsts
Whoa whoa whoa… chill on the pistons, they can never be my new lions 🦁 lol 😂 and not one real pistons fan actually thinks we have a shot at anything any year 😂😬😂😬
6 most rings in NBA history. They got vets, shooting, defense, and a real coach. Cade was a star by the end of the year, they SHOULD improve this year a lot.
Embiid is trash for the Olympic team , horrible take by solz , that flopping dont work in international play , how u 7'2 300 and cant stay on you feet , he need to go look and some shaq flim and learn to be a force rather than a flop
