I'd love to see Pom Pom as a playable character. If Boom Boom's playable, I can just imagine him flailing his arms as he runs across the board whenever he gets a high roll. X3
I would love a Mario Party roster. But I have my reasons. -Mario & Luigi -Princess Peach & Princess Daisy -Wario & Waluigi -Yoshi & Birdo -Toad & Toadette -Koopa Troopa & Goomba -Donkey Kong & Diddy Kong -Shy Guy & Monty Mole -Bowser & Bowser Jr -Rosalina & Pauline -Dry Bones & Boo -Spike & Ninji -Hammer Bro & either Blooper or Pom Pom
Nabbit is an interesting case. Yes, he may team up with Mario, but on multiple occasions, he’s been grouped with team bowser for some reason. In Mario and Sonic Rio 2016, he is seen on bowsers float. In Mario Kart Tour, he is grouped with the “villain” characters on the roster (granted, Wario, Waluigi, Birdo, and the Kings are also classified as villains so It’s already kinda dumb.) to be honest with you, I originally classified him as a hero, but because there were already 28 characters and I didn’t want to include more, I considered him team bowser lmao
Pauline has to be in!!! Also, i could see Pom Pom being playable without Boom Boom for 2 reasons: 1: She alr did that before, in Super Mario Party 2: We have no female representation on the villains side as of the current official roster, which is js wrong and weird, and pom pom is perfect to take that slot, Wendy is also good but she cant because of the other koopalings, so Pom Pom has actually rlly high chances, as she could be a femals rep for the villains side.
Honestly, if this is truly a jamboree I think there should be ten unlocks or characters for a roster of 30, I mean with the twenty player multiplayer it would make sense to have as many options as possible for that last person in the que to not be stuck with barely any choices. Team Mario: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Rosalina, Wario, Waluigi, Yoshi, Birdo, Toad, Toadette, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Pauline, Nabbit Team Bowser: Bowser, Jr., Koopa Troopa, Goomba, Monty Mole, Boo, Shy Guy, Spike, Ninji, Chargin Chuck, Boom Boom, Pom Pom, Dry Bones, Hammer Bro, Blooper Nabbit is more often than not depicted as an ally to Mario in all the most recent titles, so I think putting him as the last member of team Mario and thus giving more room for boom boom and Pom Pom on team bowser would make this roster look very nice. I think four full fledged newcomers with the only mainline playable character not included being Kamek, who is still the host of the game makes this a pretty complete roster. Plus I never thought lol lol being playable was weird but it was strange to me she was without her bubba. Team Bowser:
I don’t think Chuck is playable and neither is Boom Boom, Chuck’s model is way too big to be a playable character especially putting him next to Peach and is probably an enemy you have to avoid to reach the cannon with the cannonballs as for Boom Boom he’s more than likely the host for the Mini Game mode with Lakitu
@@infyte_officialyeah, what may be likely the case is that there’s 26 characters with each one tied to board, once you win the board you do a minigame against them at the end, beat them and then you unlock that character

I think Pauline should really come to Mario party bc she’s a really loved character and who deosnt want to play as Pauline and I think she should be in the main Mario roster. In my opinion she should be Rosalinas duo bc there peach and daisy Mario and Luigi donkey and diddy bowser and jr and Rosalina doesn’t have one and I think it could work.
I think Ninji will likely be in Bowsers group would make it 9 which is 3 characters short on his side and also the opening cutscene is most likely NOT the final version of the scene since they dont this with Mario Party Superstars's 1st opening scene when we seen 11 out of 12 playable characters BEFORE Daisy was added in a updated version BEFORE the game was released, so i think we WILL see even more characters added in the opening cutscene's next update in the next Nintendo direct this September for both Mario and Bowsers groups, and the includes characters that wherent shown form its reveal trailer like Dry Bones, Diddy Kong and even newcomers like Pauline or Nabbit for example.
Ok, hear me out: what if... there is a single player mode for every character and every character you clear the single player mode gives you certain rewards but the final boss is a character you don't have (like for example: you're doing Wario's single player mode and the rewards are he in his biker outfit and the boss is for example... wait... who's the girl next door living in the haunted mansion? You better know her name 'cause she's ASHLEY! (so you beat ashley in an exclusive minigame and after that you're allowed to play as her) cool idea, eh?)
@shadowhenry7680 I love that kinda idea! But characters out of the Mario universe I doubt would be playable. I think we would get something along the lines of what tour did with the character costumes.

Personalmente, creo que Koopa Kid era una forma de probar a un niño potencial para Bowser, hasta que se presentó Bowser Jr. Fue reemplazado por Bowser Jr en Mario Party Island Tour y también fue reemplazado en Mario Party Superstars al hacerse cargo de los minijuegos de objetos. Looks great! I could totally get behind that roster! I had predicted that Boom Boom and Pom Pom would be in, but you made a good case for Blooper and Nabbit, and I honestly think they would be better fits. I really hope we get Diddy Kong back, as well as Dry Bones and Hammer Bro. Of course, Chargin' Chuck would make an interesting addition too. I don't care that much about Pauline, personally, but I think she would round out the roster quite well nevertheless.
Blooper doesn’t have arms? Since when? He got them little nub hands like Boo has. And that didn’t stop Boo from being playable in a number of titles. Dunno if the math checks out there, chief. On the whole though, pretty close to what I’d predict. Like, super close, actually- I’ve said 28 characters and aside from being unsure on two slots, I’ve been predicting Diddy, Pauline, Dry Bones, Hammer Bro, and Blooper. For my wild card picks- I’ve seen people argue Charging Chuck is a transformation for the Bowser boss fight, and I feel like Boom Boom and Pom Pom are more likely since you reuse the Pom Pom model and include Boom Boom since people were bummed he wasn’t in Super. But I’d enjoy Nabbit a lot, and Charging Chuck would be a fun inclusion, too.
Yeah, I know blooper has the nubs lol. I’ve seen other people complain about him and so I figured it was cause he didn’t have arms, but now that you point it out, I guess he does have them lmao. Regarding your character picks, I’d honestly say that if it weren’t for the npc shot, I’d predict boom boom and Pom Pom. Something about that shot with the npcs just gives me weird vibes and idk why

Diddy is so much more iconic and mainline than funky. Funky is only popular because of the MKWii meta. He’s a cool character, don’t get me wrong, but in a roster of 28, he’s really unnecessary.

I'm willing Pauline, Diddy Kong, Dry Bones, Blooper, Hammer Bro, Nabbit, Boom Boom, and Pom Pom to be playable in Super Mario Party Jamboree on this special game and maybe new boards and minigames too for DLC!
As much as I want Pauline she doesn't really blend into the environment as well. Peach Daisy and even Rosalina to some extent it doesn't really stand out for them doing quirky shit. Also she's probably not as well cut out for animation for all the fighting and flouncing. She should get like DKs old role.
I think Pauline would blend well, what parts do you think she wouldn’t? I feel like people thought the same around Rosalina but she fits in amazingly now!! It would be weird not to have Rosalina, and sort of feels that way for Mario spinoff rosters without Pauline
