Im 38 weeks and 4 days and I have this BAD. The pain from the excess gas makes it worse. Im a vegetarian and eat lots of vegan meat and food which may be whats causing it. The pain just sucks. Waiting for my baby girl to get here so i can feel better 🤰💜

Thanks for writing! I know how you feel, every pregnancy can be different! If you are concerned, speak to your doctor as they would know best. Also, a dietician might be able to offer some advice.
I am 3 months pregnant earlier I was having constipation which is gone now but I have a lot of gas pain in my stomach. It is very difficult for me to pass gas which is the reason of pain. I am not able to fart.

thanks for the video, my wife is suffering from bloating and constipation at the same time, now is her 6 to 7 weeks, she started to have slightly gastric. She has constipation most of the time before pregnancy, I wonder if there is any effective yet natural way (non-medication) to ease her early pregnancy discomfort... appreciate any help =)
For constipation I had warm milk and 5 spoon butter it helps me alot . But for burping and gas issue I still not able to find any remedy lol I am also having the same issue and it’s very painful gas pain is worst then contractions.
Same here!!! Ugh, the bloating and gas along with nausea is terrible! My sense of taste is altered so my mouth constantly tastes sour and bitter. So exhausted all the time!
So little videos talk about flatulence during early pregnancy when this is #1 indicator for me. I don't know why but it comes first for me along with burping.

some times I eat bad food I start have a very bad stomach pain my stomach will be popping up making so much noise and the worm in the stomach bit a lot I am so worried about my baby in there he will be 2 day to be 27 weeks. so when it happen like that I normally take some salt and put it in a warm water and drink it then the stomach pain calm down but I don't really know if the salt is good my baby 😢

Im two months late but testing negative, had all the symptoms. Early weeks i was farting no body's business, I even laugh at my self. Well the gas discomfort is making me scared im gonna miscarry :(. I feel uncomfortable. I can feel the bubbles rolling around. I have IBS as it is. Im so uncomfortable my whole downstairs area (Im 4 weeks pregnant) and its really stressing me out. Im like please only be gas and please dont be my baby not making it. im not in intense pain. Hello sorry to hear and thank you for contacting us. Gas and bloating is common in pregnancy. You should start to feel better in your second trimester. Stay away from foods that increase gas like cabbage, beans and broccoli until it settles down. I hope this helps.

I’m 10 weeks pregnant and I cooked some homemade Lemon pepper wings and some rice with beans in the rice and my stomach automatically without it so I went outside and I kind of walked it off in all of it came up in chunks and never mind all that but I Fried my chicken angry and then I use my lemon pepper and butter and then I ate my rice with the beings with the black beans in it and I think that’s what that my stomach very upset 😢now do get me wrong my food was good but it just did not agree with my stomach

You are literally having the same symptoms as me. Whether I eat or I don't I'm having the gas (it's worse when I eat anything though) and it's like if I dare try lie down or get comfortable the gas starts to build up again. I think you could try doing some at home workouts or stretches before you head to work and in the evening when you are back. Or even having like a 10 minute stretch or movement routine during your workday.

I am 5 weeks pregnant. I have diarrhea ALOT. Bloating & gas. But off & on nausea & no vomiting or little to none breast tenderness. Should I be worried? I drink plenty of water. But I must admit I eat EVERYTHING!! I also take my prenatal vitamins everyday.
