Thank you for this amazing video. Pre-planned pregnancy is important and Folic acid tablet is vital. Most importantly, pre-conceptional folic acid helps to prevent birth defects in newborn thus prevents disabilities (neural tubal) by birth. Folic acid tablet consumption by both male and female before three months of planning and female continuing for three more months once pregnancy is confirmed need to be practiced by all couples. For your information, it is now freely available in all government health facilities of Sunsari, Morang, Dhankuta, Panchthar, Sankhuwasabha and Bhojpur district. Please recommend your nearest ones who are planning for baby or new pregnant women. I hope this helps. Congratulations to all pregnant women ❤️
