Pregnant Mom Cleaned Out Savings Account and wants exclusive use of the marital home  

my ex siphoned off about 30k over 6 months and then filed for divorce. Did not have to give any of it back because it was "Marital money" but I had to pay her half of the dollar amount for any screwdriver (property) I bought over a 23 year marriage. The judge even gave her half the value of an antique car I owned for years before I even met her because I put tons of "Marital time" into restoring it myself (complete bullshit). The She-devil did get to keep the 20k in jewelry she had though because it was "personal items" and got to live in the marital home rent free for the year and a half she dragged out the divorce proceedings. Then she got about 250k in cash & prizes after divorce was final. I got full custody of the kids because I was able to prove abuse and bat shit crazy in court. It pays to be a crazy woman that only worked if/when she felt like it, which was rarely.

Did you not listen to the case? She agreed to put it back, just wanted a protection order over it to prevent either party from stealing it.

So.... Wife/Mother is a diabetic, no information on what type of diabetes. And have had a prior C-section. Those combined are not, to my knowledge, a high risk pregnancy. There's a lacking of information given by Mr Todd. Clarification is needed. And an recommendation without the doctor present to testify is just plain weird.

About 80% of my childhood was going to sleep with no food and having no idea where the next meal was coming from or even if. I wanted better for myself. People are capable of changing their lives. You’re not stuck being poor. Just on the common sense part of this, you have no clue where their money came from. It could’ve been a lawsuit payout, inheritance, life insurance, selling a home, insurance.. or it could be as simple of not wasting money and putting everything they could into savings.
