@@enilee3161 Most definitely, these videos had me ahead of the pack in my real estate class... One of the instructors I had was just flying through everything, getting off topic, with small talk & had majority of the class confused ( So you never know what kind of instructor you'll have).. Luckily these videos had me familiar with the content so I was good, passed on the first attempt... You still will have to study hard, & lock in.. Some people have taken this exam 7-8 times.. So again, lock in... you won't get by with half-effort! Good luck!
I just finished taking a pre-licensing course Monday. I walked out of class feeling like I didn’t learn ANYTHING. He repeated exactly what we read in the textbook😒 & everything felt rushed. Thank GOD I found this video.
I am currently taking my pre-licensing course. I don't feel I learning a thing. what I waste of money and time. I wish our instructor could be something close to Travis's way of teaching.
20 minutes into this and making notes I like how it's also funny too as that makes it entertaining and how it's not a boring class also I am 16 years old hopefully I will become a successful real estate agent

Wow let me tell you I am in California and just learned alot in this firts lesson. I just started an online class and I have no instructor i basically have to just read. Which is fine but when you have an instructor teaching u like you do. Makes it so much easier. Im going to be watching all your videos because I definitely will need to.

This class is amazing! My class wasn't like this as we pretty much listen to the instructor read from THE BOOK! There were discussions, but...I would laugh when the instructor would say, "Everyone understands?" after she'd read each chapter! NO! When folks ALREADY IN REAL ESTATE would answer yes, she would assume they spoke for ALL OF US? NOPE! WISH WE HAD ACCESS TO THE HANDOUTS!
