Hey Travis, you mentioned in this video that anyone from out of state with an equivalent broker license can get a NC broker license by just paying the fee? Did this rule get updated? I see that now they need to either A) take the state examination. B) waive the state exam, but have to be provisional www.ncrec.gov/Licensing/Jurisdiction. -- at least the commission seems to be making it a little more fair on this! Love your videos!!
We are an all broker state. Provisional broker is a broker in NC. That's not fair. It's a silly rule that NCREC should change immediately in my opinion.
Nah, that's not my style at all. My students are exactly what make me a great instructor. Anyone who thinks they should be the only one speaking has no business teaching anything in my opinion.
