This fight is and would always be a toss up. I know DP has evolved some too, but Justin has learned ( after his first 2 L's ) you can't always rely on just brawling in the top 5. Everyone is a mad dog killer that will fight to the death. Patience, skills, and fight IQ are more important at this level. If we see the Justin that fought Fizzy and TFerg then my money is on Justin. Granted those guys' defense not as tight as the Diamond. DP has good D and is a slick boxer so it's such a tough call. Luv both dudes and have ALWAYS been fans for mainly 2 reasons. They both are genuine and W or L they both EARN their money every single fight. Its time for you to be champion. If he can use takedowns and ground ñ pound with his stand up and leg work game he will beat dustin. Then he will have to fight beneil or islam. Both of them are tuff. Uses your wrestling with islam. Your stand up is better. Use takedown defense and if you do go to the groh d fight off your back if you cant stand up. Beneil is different. Poriers whole attack plan is to move in and out with those calf kicks, mixing a few jabs here and there to mix it up but he saves his energy doing that then when the legs are battered he moves in and unleashes with combos with all that saved energy. Justin was winning the fight the first time for most of the fight. Just saying. He's gonna come back and win the battle against Poirier. Both guys are great, but Gaethje will come out on top.
