The trucks of premier mega truck racing took over the mud park at South Georgia Motorsports Park. It was a muddy messy as the weather did not cooperate, with torrential rainfall on Saturday the race was forced to be pushed to a two day competition to allow for the second round to finals to be completed. The mud was deep and ate many trucks alive, but those that powered through prevailed and battled it out for the top spot on the podium for the first race of the 2024 season. The action was exciting and the racing was tight, the top spot in the 1-Ton Super Truck division going to Johnny Faulk Jr. from Florida in the Hit Man 1-Ton Super Truck and the top spot of the Pro Mega division going to Clarke Sawyer Jr. from Virginia, in the Bam Bam Pro Mega Truck.
