Did you purchase Premier Casters or where you able to find a third party replacement. I have to replace all my casters but the premier ones are 80 pounds. If I can find a third party replacement it would save a ton of money. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find any with a matching stem.
There are many casters to choose from, but these are the ones that we went with: Part number: 2-03254-565-BRK5-3/4-10 X 4” for $32.63 each. We purchase from Service Castor Corp. .
The supports are attached to the base with 14mm hex head coarse thread x 21mm long bolts. This is a custom bolt M10 x 2mm x 22mm JIS type bolt. The closest SAE is a 3/8-16 but not a perfect match. The closest metric thread is an M10 x 1.5mm, but is not a perfect match either. This would need to be special ordered from Premier.
Just received a message from Premier on the Series 3 timpani as shown in the video. They do not have and no longer make the bolts for those timpani. The only other option is to re-tap the bolt hole to a similar size thread.
