The anti-preorder dudes speak mostly about things like microsoft store and such, steam lets you refund games that you preordered unlike some other places. Like i'm also against preorders, unless you preorder on steam.
Some games often have potential, and then the rug gets pulled. There is 0 point to pre-order (unless there's some worthwhile exclusive content) in the digital age.

I genuinely cant believe a game this good could release in the year 2024, its just not possible, its gonna have performance issues or SOMETHING dude, even if it comes out to good reviews these fuckin AAA scumbags have ruined my excitment for games so badly, im still not gonna believe it till the honeymoon phase is over and people lay down the real criticisms (if there are any, please just let it be good)
The game is good performance-wise, at least for me, no major bugs (I encountered just 3 bugs in my hours played, 2 visual ones and one where you can't pick ammo, nothing too bad), no dumb AI (the AI companions are actually really good, I mean, in the start I was angry at how good they were as companions becouse I couldn't kill enough xenos scum 😂) and a very good gameplay, only criticism I could have is that when you aim a heavy weapon you can't parry, but that would be it
@@foxyelclonpirata5039 yeah really impressed, i heard particular cpu's are having issues, (really hope mine isn't one) but other then that im fired up Waitin till monday to play cuz im getting a full pc upgrade, and my gpu comes that day with 2 free games (space marine being one i can pick) so im just fighting through this weekend so i can serve the emperor in glory (that is assuming the build goes smoothly, which it should, my first build went great, and im working with an even nicer case, so here's hoping, fingers crossed nothing explodes or is faulty) may the machine god bless me, as this game is my soul reason for life lmao
@@fobo3361 Yeah, something that this game made me aware of is that it has overheating issues, so I have to buy a new case (becouse my current one is very small) and a new cooling system, so for now I stick a ventilator to it and it works, the engineer they called me...
@@foxyelclonpirata5039 lmao, nice ingenuity, ive been there a few times, had to upgrade my cpu fan for cyberpunk, new case is super ventilated too, so i should be good aswell hopefully Not sure if they'll ever optimize it, i heard world war Z had similar issues and couldn't find anything on if it got fixed, so probably worth while to get that ventilation goin, never hurts keeping the temps low
I pre-ordered space marine 2 let's just hope it dosent end up like my last pre orders being anthem and cyberpunk lol at least cyberpunk became amazing while anthem I stuck with that game till it died

I bought the gold edition but refunded and purchase the standard edition instead after seeing my bank account. I will not survive this month but... I MUST SERVE THE EMPEROR!!!
Nah. Its still a example to every other dev that this is the level of quality and reviews you need to get people to pre-order. I NEVER pre-order games, but this time is very different.
GOTY? Everything I’ve seen so far it seems to have the potential, most of the games that have come out or are coming out are empty shells. HellDivers2 had a very promising start but now it all but certain it’ll be over very soon due to the developers going against the fans.
Only reason I felt comfortable enough to pre-order this game was because focus entertainment has a good track record and they’ve earned my trust. Funny, how trust can make you buy huh?
Pre ordering something usually meant that the store will reserve a certain product for a deposit, so you can guarantee purchase on release or if it gets sold out. Thats what "Pre ordering" meant. Unfortunately corporations have hijacked the word,slowly made it acceptable to actually pre order something that wont go out of stock! Kinda makes the word pre order meaningless......i guess its ok coz they will throw in a skin or some kind of extra that wont be available when the digital game releases right??? Its a trick,they've fooled everyone, Most people dont care because most have been born into it. If youre biying the game from PSN digitally then it wont make a difference if you "pre order" now or get it day 1....the only thing that youre doing is lining the pockets of corporations before you even have the product,if thats what you wanna do, so be it. We are all free to spend as we wish,i dont judge. Respect.
