When prepping the natural nail never go over 3 rpm

Young Nails does it at 5,000 rpm and so do a lot of other people.

Thanks for the video and explanations. My nail tech did my nails and when I did a soak off my natural nails were PAPER THIN and cracked for everything. I had to keep chopping them down. Now I wanna just do my mails myself.

I have a question 🙋🏾‍♀️ So, the other day I was doling some nails( I do poly gel not acrylic) and doing my prep I filed the natural nail, prep the cuticles, and then I went in with dehydrator and primer. I then put on the nail tips and applied the poly gel but as I started shaping they LITERALLY STARTED POPING OFF ONE BY ONE. I thought I did everything right but, does the order matter in which you put primer and dehydrator? Instead Should I file the nail, put on tips, primer dehydrator, base coat then poly gel? Or does it really matter what order you do?
