Tysm I have lupus and clubbed nails and been doing polygel w tips and been wanting to try acrylic because it’s my favorite and with my nails I need customized ones. I think I can do this now. Omg, I've literally learned more from this video than the 300-hour nail tech course I took. The way you show how to keep the beads consistent in size, ratio, this is a game changer! Now I see where I'm going wrong with adding monomer too soon, once I set the bead onto the nail. My school didn't go in depth with application, so I appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I was about to give up on acrylic all together. I've watched soooooo many tutorials and videos and it didn't make a single difference. You broke everything down so perfect that I just laid out 21 consistent looking beads after you explained HOW to get a bead on the dang brush. I am a beginner and I swear I have watched so many tutorials on acrylic applications and non have explained it in depth how you have in this tutorial. I mean nail techs who are famous and that I have seen on tv couldn’t put it the way you have. To the point where I just worked with only builder and poly gels. But you have made me go and purchase some acrylics and I am inspired to try and attempt working with acrylic again. Do you have a shaping tutorial? If not please do one. You’re a great teacher. Out of all of the videos for beginners on how to start the process this video was great. Could you do a part two to this process like for example with a practice hand on how to properly apply the acrylic on the hand along with brush strokes techniques? My issues are the cuticles! I’m trying to do my own nails and I can’t seem to get it. Do you bring the bead down just a hair before the cuticle or do you press it down to the cuticle and if it is just before the cuticle will the bead even itself out on its own? Help me please! Loved your video btw VERY VERY HELPFUL…

Place the bead right BELOW the cuticle. It’ll fill itself out or you can push it UP into the cuticle area then clean around so that no acrylic is touching the skin
