Omg, that's so funny that you said not to set goals based on others' actions because I used to do that, and I learned really quickly that it was just setting me up for failure. While those goals are still important to me, I now focus my energy on things that I can control. Great video!
At the start of the year, I used to wake up and straight away, I would pick up my phone and sit on my bed for an hour before getting my day started. I used to not care of my skin, my hair, the importance of self-care and self-love, until I found motivation videos on TikTok day by day. I remember when I first started and now I have my life together. I’m still pretty young so I can’t do certain things but I’m still trying 💪🏼 This year I accomplished things I never would’ve done if I hadn’t changed my mindset for the best. Things such as my skin, my hairs my grades. I surprised myself with grades, I did all on my alone and I’m so proud of myself. I can’t wait for 2024 because I know I’ll do the best that I can to create my dream life. Thank you Rebecca, your videos help so much 💓

One of my most important productivity tips is to tackle all the "UGH!" tasks first. The phone calls your dreading, the mundane paperwork, or that part of your job that drives you bonkers: just do it while your mind is crisp and your still "fresh," and that way you'll have the rest of the day to work on tasks that are more enjoyable to you. The reason why this helps me is because I tend to lose stamina in the afternoon and it's easier to brush the UGH things off when your tired/fatigued. Hope that helps! My goal is to stop doubting myself... I used to think I'm not insecure and I don't doubt myself until one day in college we had communications class and wee learned that people with certain behaviors tend to have a low self-esteem/ look down on themselves. And then I realized that I am in fact not confident but I'm trying to mask me being self-conscious, which is putting a lot of pressure on me. So I want to stop doing that, especially stop thinking about how others perceive me all the time
I don't wanna sound offensive or jealous, but you're definitely lucky enough to be living in that kind of a place. I mean, the amount of positivity your rooms exude is just something else. Sunrise just beside your bed, beautiful clean sheets and counters. I can only hope for place like yours for myself, I'm damn sure that'll be more than enough to keep me positive all day long :)

I totally agree with you! Setting goals is a crucial part of achieving things. You just have to put them down somewhere where you can see them. I wrote mine in my Burga notebook, which I use for journaling
