O+ve red cells are used because these carry most clinically significant antigens of other blood group systems including RH. so many antibodies can be detected easily... Thank u
Hello sir , I have doubt istread of used 3 different patients types groups A,B,O can we used only one patient type group A ,B,O ? commercial pooled A,B,O group(READY MADE) cells available,which one is better for reverse grouping .?
Pooled cells prepared from different donor samples (A, B and O), those should be negative antibody screening and donor units shouldn't be blood group discrepancies.... So We can use pooled cells .. Thank you....
