Thanks! I am doing a student project looking at cultured fungi and am trying to figure out methods to visualize them, so this was a good starting point.
Place coverslip by frst making the cntct of one of its edge to the sample dn left it immediatly.. or u cn also place it wid the help of twizzer more better optin
Am i the only one who noticed her completely let spores burst into the lab while telling us not to do that? Also did anyone else see her literally tell us how to not get air bubbles and then get an enormous air bubble in the final slide??? Wtf is this video and why is it on here? So many errors
