I am puzzled by these zinc phosphate videos. Glass is a great INSULATOR (inhibits the transmission of heat). That would make it just about the WORST material to draw heat away from an exothermic reaction. Seems to me they should use a block of metal, ceramic, or marble. Then after getting the cement prepared, how long is it workable? How long until it cures? Can it be applied to a wet surface? Can the excess be removed easily?
