Hallelujah...am already a winner 🏆, gratings to u every one and our mugole be blessed more. Back to the question, your friend is called Ms Tina and her you tube channel is called value form. I learnt about being organized, Jesus her form was really organized and I remember very well even the animals new were they were supposed to be, the gate was closed but the animals waited from out !!!!. The relationship with her workers, this brought the true characters of an administrator, always keep that friendly character with your workers so as to create the best working environment that brings peace and motivation. I also learnt that if I have space do not limit yourself, she had maize plantation which I evidenced during harvsting, rabbit farming and here Mugole to be said "" zino ziliku kanula😂😂😂"", poultry forming evidenced by hens, Ducks🦆, turkey 🦃, cattle evidenced by cows, goats and the rest. I learnt how to feed the animals for example dividing land, were they drink from, plus not forgeting animal salt. The video was really amazing and I enjoyed it through our that day.
