Have to tell my own story; 28 yrs ago I was diagnosed with a rare, incurable illness. The doctors gave me 2-7 yrs to live. I never thought that would happen, instead continued living my amazing life. Here I am 28yrs later still living my life to the fullest, seeing my life as an adventure. So many people have told me "you can't do this or you can't do that" but I don't listen to them. I do what I feel is the right thing for me 🎉❤

I will share my story. 41 years ago I was diagnosed with an incurable disease also, and told to go on disability. I refused and worked 3 jobs PROUDLY!! I felt like I was beating the odds through the strength of GOD!! Fast forward, became crippled not from the disease, but abuse. Then more and more abuse from cohoards covering up the abuse of abuser. Now I am a quivering cptsd human being. I am broken. But have a heart as big as a mountain. Jesus Christ is my physician Sir, respectfully. Because HE gave me that strength through HIM- I was able to purchase my home -- and can now tell myself: Damn girl you did do it!! I do not take drugs or drink alcohol. I take my medicine to help with the symptoms of my disease.

I am Native American Yaqui and have a fierce adversity to western medications . I learned very young that medications and chemicals are disturbing and raise havoc in my body. I have been told that I can never have surgery, that's ok. With medical advice for me to take meds, I will not. Mind over matter, change my perspective and energy levels. I'm a walking time bomb they say, but, somehow I still walk and continue to move forward in my life. At 33 complete cardiac arrest, pronounced and intubated woke up in ICU. NDE and know what I was shown and what the collective should be concentrating on. And it's not money and killing yourselves for the 1%. Should be searching for what brings one joy and peace, on a higher vibration if unconditional love to all objects on this planet.🙏

This is fascinating, and rings true for me! On a side note: I had an uncle who lived into his late 80's. He NEVER saw a doctor, not once in his whole life! He was healthy and happy. At 87, he got sick for the first time and two weeks later, he was getting worse, so he went to a doctor at the urging of a niece. He had cancer. He said his goodbyes to everyone, and two weeks later he passed peacefully. He did not opt for any medications or anything, but accepted that his time had come.

Thank you Dr Lipton for explaining this medical malpractice in practical terms. I have been naturopathic for years and understand the impact of our beliefs. People who are still in the medical industry have asked me, at 61, which medications I take. When I tell them none their jaws drop. Food is my medicine. And continuing to work on my vibration, thoughts, beliefs. I am an artist and vibrational medicine practitioner- I use tuning forks and sound. I was gifted the biology of belief paperback, by a stranger who asked for my address after overhearing my husband talking to me on a commuter train in NYC. He and I were discussing my cancer diagnosis in 2019. A few years ago I read an article by 3 heart specialists in a magazine I subscribed to explaining that The cholesterol scare mongering was untrue and that there were intentions to bring the recommended level down to 1. And then even children would need to take their drug . My sister was told that her cholesterol was 4.5 and that it was so high she could have a heart attack sitting right there in his office. I rectified that belief and so she did not take their medications and was just fine. My Dad was put on their one of their Statins and it proved to be detrimental to his clarity of thought. I mentioned the problem and so he stopped the tablet. I got my Dad back again mentally. These good heart Specialists said the brain needed Cholesterol to function properly. The Cholesterol level of a friend always sat at 12 and she was fine.

Right. I took atorvastatin for centuries, then decided to trash it some 10 years ago. I replaced it by an Omega-3 supplement and by an infusion of leaves used by the local indians. Works for me and I no longer feel like a zoombie all day long...

Dr Lipton is SO INTELLIGENT! I listen to him every chance I get. He explains things in terms that are easily understood by many. I know for a fact I gained weight because my late husband was a jealous person who always suspected and accused me of wanting other men. So, after never in my life having a weight issue, I suddenly had a voracious appetite. I gained 200 lbs, maybe more, throughout our 37 years together. It took me many years to realize subconsciously I was gaining weight to make myself unattractive to other men. That, and he controlled my every move. I was never free to do whatever I wanted with anyone I wanted, unless he knew exactly where I was. Eating became the only thing in my life that I controlled. After he passed, I lost weight. I missed him terribly and I mourned, I loved him despite all of the rest, but once he was gone, I regained control of my life.

As someone who played drums for about 20-years I am always following drummers around online. Recently there was a retreat posted of several drummers who got together for a spiritual type of event. Todd Sucherman, drummer for Styx, was the gentleman who posted. In the video I referred to a gentleman in the front row wearing a maroon shirt and inquired if that gentleman was the amazing Dr. Bruce Lipton. Why, I thought, would Dr. Bruce Lipton be present at a drum event? Well, Todd responded by saying that indeed it was the great and wise Dr. Lipton. Just when I thought I couldn't love this man anymore, there he was showing me otherwise. Thank you for an amazing interview with the one and only man himself.

Oo lord..both my aunt and falher were killed by chemotherapy... My father was diagnosed lung cancer and given 2 years to live..He didnt bother about diagnosis...ignored them ..and lived 13 years!! With that cancer... Then....someone convinced him to get treatment...well.....he didnt last 4 months...and it was th tuffest death l v ever sen..begging and praying foe him to go..but since he was 64 and a lot of dreams still..and wasnt his hour..and he had finally found his balance in life..and didnt want to die..but...he was tubed and medicated to such extent..his liver actually was th cause of failure... For those who dont care or give up on life..l d like to say It s essential to take care of the body....cautiously.. in case..we find our purpose at 60 or 80.. ..we never know Just in case I saw my father repent from a life of smoking and drinking

Every time I listen to Bruce Lipton life makes more sense than the time before. When you watch your family members get treatment for cancer, heart disease, etc. and the drugs do no good or very little good. They can actually pick the day that your loved one will die and they’re right because it is a plan, when they will be finished with dealing with that patient. Not to consciously kill them, but they’re taught that drugs give a certain shelflife. We will all die one day, but we are in charge of how healthy we live in the choices we make and do the best that we can each day. For one do not want to be controlled by a man-made medicine with a man-made price on it, I will trust my mind and God, my thoughts and care of myself to live the best life for as long as possible God will be done.

I am a 46 year old artist. I'm in a program with another artist who has been living manifestation etc... for years. He blows my mind all the time with bits of wisdom. He sent me this vid and all the stuff he says and this doctor says all makes a lot sense. I guess the hard part is reprogramming my brain against 40 years of negative thought, self destructive behavior and the American social system I have been immersed in my whole life. I guess I'm saying I'm a slow convert here, but it is hard cuz it feels like someone pushing a religion on you or something. Yes, it absolutely makes sense, I am doing some exercises to maintain positive thoughts and effect my reality. Diving in 100% tho just feels like looking at the blue and red pill. Anyone else feel like that?

Feeling our feelings 'Through' is our systems necessary process, however intense or mild. The bodies physical experience of "feeling", is built from emotions. Therefore, feelings drive our experience. To experience- is to "Going through it". When we avoid/resist/deny/reject our feelings, we create emotional/energetic fragmentation. The body, now holding in these energetic fragments of self. The experience did not really occur, only fragments of yourself were operating. Trauma intense/overwhelming, threating development of mental well-being, remove their mental presence from the experience. Instinctual override coping mechanism. The fragmentation still occurs, whatever circumstance surrounding the situation...incomplete, nevertheless. Ultimately such trauma can be unraveled by returning yourself to the scene at the time the experience was fractured. Healing the fragmented self may need professional guidance/hypnosis.

It's your ego that's holding you back. The ego always wants to keep us safe. In order to do that it will whisper thoughts that make you want to stay in your comfort zone. A(a)ron Abke explains the ego well. You might want to check him out. Once you realize that it's your ego (trying to prevent you from expanding your consciousness in this case) you can just say "Thank you for doing your job but I'm going yo do it anyway." That's it. Trust your heart. It's soooo much more than an organ. It's your guide, your anchor and a portal to other worlds (literally). Your heart will never lead you astray ❤

I'm so grateful for Dr. Bruce Lipton for his spreading his discovery about epigenetic. This is HUGE. This is telling humans that WE can heal OURSELVES. This truly is our future. We become humans that heal ourselves. We don't need doctors as much as we are made to believe. Sure if you get hit by a car, you go to ER and we need doctors for that but that's really the only thing we need doctors for. And those doctors are real doctors anyway; healers type souls that went into this profession to save people (it's a very hard job, so you won't get into to get rich). But other "doctors" ain't healers. They are in it for money here in America.

We heal ourselves through different mediums..that's my take on the subject at the moment. While you don't go for a doctor with stomach aches, but heal them home by yourself (meditation, herbs, whatever), another goes and takes a pill grom his doctor and he also is healed. There is no wrong way, each one's beliefs are different and we should honour our own beliefs and others beliefs as well. P.s. probably when we'll..change our belief systems, we'll be able to heal even after a car accident...without doctors. We are just not there yet. We cannot. It must be a collective thing..and eventually death also will be a thing of the past through collective consciousness.

reiki teaches students that all physical diseases & illnesses first begin in the outer more subtle bodies of energy surrounding the physical, and the actual diseases that occur in the physical are the spiritual disharmonies in the body mind and spirit which eventually ends up as physical illness, ( and has to be finally released to come out of our systems, so we can heal) all our thoughts and feelings remain in our consciousness which is always constantly changing depending on the frequency and quality of our energy, and of those around us, (thoughts, and feelings,) to know thyself is to have self knowledge and become more self aware, so we can be empowered to be able to heal ourselves more naturally, understanding that we and everything is spirit and all is energy ❤

I enjoy the relationship I have with my body, we are always communicating in a very positive way. As a Yogi once said, .."the body is your User manual".... I listen to all the updates and adapt the way I think to continue enjoying a happy and healthy relationship. Thank you, I enjoy seeing these changes because it allows me to see, what's happened to me is real. Not only do our beliefs manifest, the way we treat ourselves and the collective manifest as well. We are Sovereign and Integral What this means, is we are ONE. We are a collective and we can change the world! Our preprogrammed existence can be hacked and replaced with the six behavior changes, to open our heart portal and have a direct connection to the first source. I have done it, and my reality has changed. The changes have to be implemented into your daily life. They are, compassion, forgiveness, humility, understanding, and the Valor to let go of the old system, and implement these ways of being. I have turned off my emotions, and only have love for all beings. Remember, our first programmed response, to this information, is to reject it. No worries, we all will move toward this change and separation will disappear from our collective.

Im not a doctor, but a clinical psychologist who uses Buddhist principles. To my mind, both traditional medicine and contemporary medicine have a place - It depends on what is appropriate. A broken leg is not going to be healed by positive thought! I agree drug companies commercialise illness and when we alter our consciousness around dis-ease we will repair collectively.

In answer to your question I am going to stop taking statins. My GP recently called me to say he was going to double my dosage as I have been in them now for 10yrs I asked why change the dosage when my cholesterol levels haven’t changed for years, I am healthy blood pressure is fine and I don’t take any other drugs. His reason? My age.!!!… I am apparently becoming of an age where my cholesterol levels will rise…10yrs ago I would have been scared into complying but not now, thanks to all the fabulous people like Bruce educating us I now trust myself. Thankyou for this podcast.

Bruce Lipton and his book 'The Biology of Belief' are so intertwined - both wonderful! This Father of Epigenetics writes and communicates superbly. I'll never forget meeting him and having a conversation about our thoughts affecting our mindbody health and performance, because this proved to be 100% true in my case studies research. It's about time GPs stopped talking about our Genes controlling us. This natural talk is so humorous the way he explains - how people are driven to be the average number!

One of the best group of people in the world to study are the Hunzas. They live to 150 years old have kids at 80yo are never sick and eat no processed foods. The secret is they drink highly mineralised glacier water from the local water. This allows their body chemistry to express love to one another because love puts their body into a state of harmony with no fear. He is certainly talking truth as this small community are living proof.

My father had lung cancer. He hesitantly went for radiation which put him Out of pain. The drs did not give him a death sentence, however he asked what the chances were that they could cure him. They said “no guarantees”. He took those words and the confirmation that he had cancer and stopped eating. He died in 2 months. His death certificate says “Lung cancer “. I say he died cause he decided he didn’t want to live sick and felt he had zero control over it all. Sad. But his mind was definitely stronger than the stage of dis-ease.

It’s been conjectured that the Bible was declaring age based on the lunar calendar. This was the method of time keeping then. Therefore an age of 900 was actually in months so 900 divided by 12 months = 75 solar calendar years

The look on my Doctor’s face was amazing when the surgical operation was cancelled due to my belief that I could self heal. I was NOT going to get opened up at the hospital that had super germs and people were dying from it. He was flabbergasted. lol!
