How about fresh side dishes made with fresh vegetables when you are tired?
If you make it like this without standing in front of the fire, you can eat vegetables healthily with a healthy and appetizing taste.
[Ingredients 1]
Five cucumbers,
5 pinch of salt, 2 lemons (7-8 tbsp lemon juice), 4 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp whole grain mustard, 2 tbsp crushed red pepper. 2 tablespoons of tuna liquid, 1 teaspoon of black sesame, 1 tablespoon of non-refined sugar, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide
1. Slice 5 cucumbers thinly.
2. Add the above ingredients, mix them well, put them in an airtight container, put them in the refrigerator, and eat them cool and deliciously.
[Ingredients 2]
2 paprika (big size),
Season with salt, ground pepper, 4 tbsp lemon juice (1 lemon), 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp oligosaccharide or allulose
1. Remove seeds from the inside of paprika and slice them long.
2. Add the above amount of ingredients and mix them well, then put them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator.
3. When you eat, leave it at room temperature for a while and eat it deliciously when the oil melts.
[Ingredients 3]
1 head of organic red cabbage (small size), 1/2 onion
3 teaspoon of salt, A pinch of salt (on top of sliced onion), 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 1 or 2 lemons (I used 2)
1. Shred red cabbage.
2. Toss it with salt and press it with a heavy plate or lid.
3. Slice the onion in half and then cut it in half.
4. Mix with pickled red cabbage, then add the above amount of ingredients and put it in an airtight container.
5. Ferment it at room temperature for 2~3 days and refrigerate it to eat it deliciously. (In hot summer, you can eat it deliciously in a day and a half. Open it in the middle, taste it, and adjust it to your taste.)
