PREPARING FOR BERLIN MARATHON 2022: Attacking!
The key for success at Berlin Marathon over the last few years has been to get into the right breakaway. To prepare for this I made it part of my training to not only to follow a high pace but also to be able to attack and maintain 40km/h+ for several kilometers.
