Preparing for my baby to arrive *3rd trimester checklist*

I hope your birth goes perfectly, do not stress and i wish that you have a healthy baby! Also the clothes are very cute, im in LOVE

You will definitely want a basket in each room with diapers, wipes, butt paste and powder. It helps so much when you’re chilling and don’t have to run to the nursery to get these things. You are nesting so cute and look amazing, praying for a healthy delivery Abby. Much love to you and Matt

From someone who works in a hospital, you don't have to bring many "post partum care" items! The hospital will provide pretty much everything you will need! And hey- if you're paying for the hospital stay, may as well take advantage of everything that comes with it! 😊 I wish you guys a super easy, stress free, and wonderful birth! 💙 I can't wait to see Lil dude 😍

I'm so thrilled for you both, becoming parents is the greatest feeling in the world! It's been 16 years since I became a mom but some hospital bag/coming home from the hospital advice I have is pack your own pillow and blanket, bring snacks, lip balm, slippers, and for home pre-prepped/made meals you can just reheat or throw in the oven for the first two weeks. Praying for a easy labour and recovery! Can't wait for little dude! ♥️

Bless you, Abby! You can just see the love for your baby radiate off of you and Matt when you're talking about him. If all parents loved their children that much, the world would would be perfect. You're doing so much work to prepare for him and make your home a safe and happy place for him; he'll grow up so loved and so fortunate to have you both. I felt the same way about the baby detergent! My kid is almost 3 and I still use it just because it reminds me of when I was preparing for her and when she was a newborn. That smell will always take you back to this time! Cherish every moment, they grow up way too fast.

I watch you guys when I need to do something good for myself but I’m procrastinating or having a depressive episode. Right now I’m working on my meals for the week. It’s like having a friend to talk to. I can’t for my elderly parents and it’s isolating. You guys are so funny and genuine. I’m appreciate you. You’re going to be the best parents. Truly. What a lucky little human!!

yes, i’d love to see what you pack and the process. it’s so interesting to me what people pack. everyone is different so it so fun. with my first baby i packed soooooo much and over half i didn’t even use lol. my second baby i still overpacked but not nearly as bad lol. We had our baby and because we weren't financially stable, the only time I saw him was when he was leaving the house as I came home to trade to watch my kids. I also decided to use cute always disposable changing pads. They look like underwear . Trust me they are the best . best of luck for a healthy and safe delivery .
