The Maternal & Child Health Interest Group held a panel on September 20th, 2021 discussing the best ways to prepare yourself for research as a first year student. This panel included Kaitlyn Traub, a second year Maternal & Child Health Student, Shanda Hunt, the UMN Public Health Librarian, and Dr. Susan Mason, an Associate Professor in the Division of Epidemiology and Community Health.
This panel is part of a series called 'Diving Into Research' which aims to empower first year graduate students in gaining confidence to conduct research. Learn more at z.umn.edu/mchig
