I really want Lopetegui to succeed, he seems like a really nice guy and once he figures out which players work in the style that he ideally wants to play, we'll start to see some freedom, but it's far too early to be writing him off.

All spurs fans wanted mourinhio and conte gone me because they said all they wanted is to see attacking football....well they got what wanted and now they want him gone after 1 season...my point is a lot fans say they are just happy to see good attacking football but in my opinion that a load of bollix...fans want attacking football and 3 points and challenging for honours others they will just moan....it's not bloody easy to do that...arteta started with attacking football when he 1st came and finished 8th twice and the gooners wanted him gone..he know longer plays that very attacking style and has reverted to more of a hard to beat style like simone and old school mourinhio and it's working...we all can't do what pep does....even when real Madrid won the champions league final against city they just sat back in a low block and hit them on a couter attacks...in my opinion play to your strengths and win....that's what matters most....coyi

I find the whole media Circus negative and full of conspiracy’s most which are click bait. My thoughts are we get behind the team and hope they all know what they are doing. I simply think that he needs to get the lineup right for Chelsea. Otherwise, the fans may begin to get a little tetchy. If there is no real improvement in about 8 games or so (my opinion), then alarm bells will begin to ring

The only thing the goal we conceded against Fulham showed us was that Mavropanos and AWB have yet to work out who's supposed to do what. Obviously those mistakes will get ironed out, hopefully quickly. Hardly an indication that JLo needs to be put under extra pressure. His starters were a bit questionable, but he made changes at half time and effectively saved a point. Once again, hardly reason to put his appointment into question. Let's just wait until he finds his best starting eleven and best five subs before we start moaning? Until then...COYI

As far as I am concerned ,Lopetegui was hand picked but Sullivan because he was a safe and cheap option . To remove him now or in the near future does not fit in with the way Sullivan operates . My concern however is that we risk losing our real ‘ jewel ‘ in Steidten if the manager is unable to successfully utilize the abundance of expensive and sought after talent we have available , that he assembled. Selling the narrative that he is prepared in advance for this West Ham challenge is not enough . The results will matter from now on. Over to you J - Lo .

He needs to be given more time obviously, though I must admit I'm beginning to feel worried. After last weekend and the Antonio selection , alarm bells went off in my head . How the hell could Lope explain playing jet lagged 35 year old instead of giving Ings a chance to show if he is up to it or not .

I want him to do well but I suspect he will bomb. The fact he rates Antonio and souchek not to mention Cresswell who he wanted to sign back at wolves proves to me this guy has no chance of playing the football that is needed to get Europe and please the fans. To say he rates Antonio and Soucek is basically 2+2=5........ firstly he hasn't had any alternative at centre forward to Antonio with Fulkrug injured and Ings on his way out .. He did take Antonio off at half time so he doesn't rate him that much does he ... Soucek was an experiment in his line up for the Palace game and again he took him off at half time , so Soucek not rated that highly then was he ...Why don't we give him 10 games to sort out the wood from the chaff and to get a system of play going ...

He has players that are new to West Ham, players that are new to the Premier League and all bar one are players that are new to Lopetegui and who outside of him and his staff know what preseason some of those players have had. So 4 PL games in and even those punctuated by an International break what basis is it for any decision about him.

Every manager is under pressure to succeed, nothing new in that, Lopetegui was backed in the transfer window, he now need time to get the team playing the way he want, but new players need time to get up to speed, and we may not see the best of them until next season, however he will need a couple more transfer windows to weed out more of the old squad like Antonio and Soucek and Ings, I think a mid table finish is what we will achieve and then kick on next season.

I obviously want lopetegui to evolve and do well and to prove me wrong but there are some bad omens about lopetegui one with AC Milan Ultras not wanting him and unlike the west ham board the AC Milan board treated their fans like proper customers the other is with Sullys close connection with lopeteguis agent Will Sorthouse also the agent of AWB so the petition that west ham fans set up against lopetegui was quickly dumped into the paper shredder but I'm not going to concern myself with that and so that you can dismiss all of that out of hand as well so let's get behind him on Saturday regardless of his team selection

Not sure why but I’m finding it really hard to get into WH this season, even under Moyes was excited to watch even though I knew Moyes ball wasn’t the prettiest but I’ve just lost the wind out of my sails. The games have t excited me at all although the positives is when JLo subs but 1st half just isn’t doing it. Maybe with all the transfers and everyone hyping JLo cause I never fancied him. Still let’s see against WH and hope we turn up and the fans.

I will start with if you pay your money you’re entitled to an opinion so here’s mine …..there has always been elements of our fan base ( and a couple of streamers) that wouldn’t be happy if Pep was our manager and we signed Mbappe. Sullivan made this appointment and so he will want it to work. I can only remeber seeing 2-3 fans on here that wanted jlo initially. He needs time but so far the performances and selections have been worrying.
