Join us as we start a big concrete job including a colored and stamped patio, sidewalks and large driveway. I have also decided that we are going to have a little fun this summer. Check it out.
Seeing you and fransisco have so much fun like this really makes me realize what kind of boss I should be working for. You motivate me to be a better person and a better worker
Exactly! abusive bosses/foremen aren’t worth it. I just left my old job and not having foremen yell at me every 5 mins is so much better, plus I noticed my productivity increased so much because I’m not worried all the time of getting cussed out.
Francisco is an absolute boss. The man sticks around, shows up (on time this year! I think) and works till he goes home. That's a good employee right there.
I was happy Francisco came back. That kid is a great worker definitely has a bright future. If I lived in Wisconsin I definitely would have applied for your company already Ryan. It’s pretty rare when you have a awesome boss like yourself.
@@daveysvlogs3081 find a company to work for till you build your skills up then go do your own thing once you have the confidence in your skills you can do it
@@daveysvlogs3081 Whatever you want to do probably requires a license. That's going to take time working for somebody else. Kalifornia doesn't make it easy on you.
Cop brakes, Cop shocks, Cop suspension. I love it. The Vic is awesome. I also wanted to give a shout out to Fransisco for stepping up and starting to help, it is awesome to see. Maybe he can graduate from coffee manager to finisher or something.
As a construction company owner this man is an amazing boss! really takes care of his workers and makes work fun and not just a job all the time! Props to you Ryan!
Ryan! my dude! I been watching since 30k subs probably little over a year ago!! I love the work you do! I love the whole idea of working for yourself! Fast forward to today I quit my job 2 months ago bought all my equipment , I'm 3 weeks into my own legit lawn and land scaping business, im growing really fast! Today I landed a huge contract gig for the whole season and it puts me just over that top of making more than what I ever made working for a company , I just wanna thank you, because your videos really helped me get motivated and get the courage to jump ship to start my own journey in the small business world! Much Love from small town in South Eastern Kansas
Dude that’s awesome! I’m actually in the process of trying to start my own landscaping business. Working on getting my first set of equipment and making advertisements for my neighborhood and surrounding ones🤙🏻 good luck to my man
I’ve been waiting to see who would use the compactor. Darryl just so happened to have an appointment. Poor Francisco is on the list now. He better hope nothing happens to that compactor now. Ryan you better find a better home for that nest and make sure momma comes back or there could be trouble.
@@VictoryOutdoorServices Ah!! That sounds promising Ryan. She'd find the nest no problem but I wasn't sure if she'd accept it. Daryl had gloves on when he touched the nest, which would help a lot, keeping human scent off the nest.
My wish is for Ryans success, and to have a good crew who will treat him with the respect he gives. Awesome guy, and hope his family gets all the blessings in life they deserve. Love the channel!
Another amazing video can’t wait to see what you have in plan for the Vic. The little power slide with the fist bump hand be dying of laughter. Cheers boys
Ryan that crown Vic just made your channel even more awesome than it already was! I always smile but at the end when you were hitting those corners I was grinning ear to ear! Gonna have to line that up next to bugs and his rides ! Great video!
You’re one heck of a guy Ryan, hard working and down to earth , no sugarcoating. You and Bugs are an inspiration for me in all honesty. Keep up the good work!
Crazy that the first video I remember seeing was Snow and ice removal. Little did I know what this channel would become. I’m so thankful I get to see your videos. Awesome content!
That was a great video. You and fransico sliding that crown vic was awsome ive had a 1992 crown vic 2001 p71 crown vic 2004 grand mercury grand marquis & currently a 1996 mercury grand marquis great cars very comfortable reliable and enough power to have fun.keep up the good work guys
My dad has an '08 F150 with the 4.6L V8 with 320k miles. Haven't done much to the motor but change the coil packs. That Crown Vic has a great motor in it! (As long as it's well maintained) P.S. I am a senior Construction Management major and you have inspired me to eventually start up my own residential concrete business once i build up some capital. Keep up the good work! 👍
I love the energy Ryan! I never comment on any videos i just usually watch but I have to say I love watching your videos and really LOVE how you are as a boss. It makes me extremely happy seeing your workers and you have so much fun together, I just wish I had a boss like you. My life would be complete. Keep up the videos and grinding man! it will soon payoff big in your favor!
It's nice to have fun on the job and still get the job done! It makes day go by so much faster. That is how we do work too always joking but serious when we have to be👍..keep the videos coming!
Ryan!! You have to go back to the original intro !!! My 2 year old son absolutely loves it! Lol he'll sit and watch about the first 5 minutes with me with that Intro
Came out of surgery yesterday so no concrete work for me until Monday until I recover it blows but hey what can you do. I k ow what I can do…. That is watch your videos and show support to your channel my friend great content 👍.
That car is wicked and i love the black on it. Chances are it was a sheriff vehicle. I guess I was one of the only few that had faith in Daryll Sr. I said he'd definitely call back and was right. You guys set that job up pretty quickly for only having 3 guys though. As always thanks for bringing us along with you Ryan and God bless.
Ryan the work out for you to get your goals reached is not be the one driving the skid steer, wheel barrow and shovels will be the natural work out you want. We were in shape in the old days from the work.
