I noticed something in this video that you need to correct ASAP. Your headers have heat shields with metal zip ties. Good, but they are upside down. If fluids leak they will collect in the heat shields and cause a fire. Please flip them so the open end is facing down. Trying to help you prevent a catastrophe.

I think the guys mean aeration. The oil pump aerates at high rpm. Cavitation is caused by restriction to the pump inlet, such as a colapsed suction hose from the tank to the pump. Cavitation causes damage on the pump inlet because of extreme vacuum. You dont have a restriction on the oil pan pickup. But the demand for oil exceeds the sump capacity. Aeration causes damage on the outlet of the pump. I have failed a hyd pump from aeration, while on the phone with the manufacutuere. And also caused cavitation from a closed ball valve on the hydraulic tank. When I took apart the piston pump I found np visible signs of damage except that with a pressure guage in the system it would not read any pressure with the boom stalled out. You put a 11mm oil pump which has less displacement than 12mm. At high RPM the smaller displacement pump pulls less oil. I thought you already fixed the dropping oil pressure by drilling your oil pan baffles to allow more oil into the sump faster. Which would prove a oil supply problem not an oil pickup restriction.

You're gonna have to get a new flag after it fell on the ground. Feed parts for the FD sound spicy, if you're gonna make it your forever RX-7 I think it's worth spending the extra scratch on the rare parts. So my old man just got a 14 Legacy Outback to replace his truck that shit the bed, I know nothing about it other than it's at 170k-ish, isn't the H6, and I thought it was suspiciously cheap. Any red flags on that generation you might be aware of? Most of my Subaru knowledge is pre-2010.

I can not remember. Did you install those extra sensors and what not after the last dyno session? I remember you saying you need to add a couple sensors and maybe some wiring changes. Just curious! Can't wait to see her back on the dyno! Gonna be 🔥!!!

You need to hear the part faster to reduce heat transfer. Use an oxy acetylene torch and heat it up with the puller tight and then when it moves go hard on the puller

What could make the dam stay at 15? Checked everything from intake filter hose clamps changed the gas, found my cylinder 3 coil pack was loose so tightened it and reset the ecu. Now it just stays at 15 with normal feedback knock and between -2.11 and -1.05/+0.35
