Rich is exactly right about Wally West. Yes, we WERE upset that The Flash we knew was being replaced by some guy who died forever ago. Eat shit, Barry Allen.
It always breaks my heart when i hear DCCW watchers say they don't watch Legends of Tomorrow. It's honestly the best show between all of them and i even put them against Agents of Shield and the MCU Netflix ones. Like LoT is not better than Shield or DD season 1 but its MILES better than Defenders, JJ S2 and Iron Fist. It's such a fun and awesome show that no one watches.
MissingClover this is correct and also good. It’s the only modern show that makes me feel like I did when I would watch dr who as a kid. Fun and campy without taking away from the stakes they set up. Great show.
It's a great "after work" show. I like watching hard thriller dramas but sometimes im too tired to really enjoy them. Put LoT on and it just a ray of sunshine.
Man, Zack Snyder doesn't deserve that much hate. And I'm not saying that just because of his daughter. He's not a talentless hack, and for the most part, he actually does give a shit about the movies he's working on. When he says, "I'm making movies mostly for ME", you can tell from his work that that's not just a bullshit excuse for bad filmmaking. Kinda have to admire that.
Also straight to blu ray is still professional, he got paid. If you're judging via budget go back and look at the budgets for some of the best movies ever made. What the fuck is your point? Speaking on film theory vs. creating film is very different.
